النيابة العامة: مبارك لوّث تاريخه العسكري ولا يستحق شفقة

بثت قنوات فضائية تسجيلاً صوتياً لمرافعة المحامي الأول المستشار مصطفى سليمان في جلسة محاكمة الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك ونجليه وحبيب العادلي.

وحظيت المرافعة التاريخية، أمس الاثنين، بترحيب واسع من المحامين المدعين بالحق المدني، وذلك لتأكيدها أن المتهمين لا يستحقون أي شفقة أو رحمة، وأن مبارك لوّث تاريخه العسكري.

وأكدت المرافعة أن جريمة قتل المتظاهرين ليست جريمة قتل عادية، وأن مصر تدمع بعد أن فقدت خيرة شبابها خلال الثورة.

وقررت محكمة جنايات القاهرة تأجيل محاكمة مبارك ونجليه علاء وجمال ووزير داخليته حبيب العادلي و6 من كبار معاونيه ورجل الأعمال الهارب حسين سالم إلى جلسة الغد الأربعاء لاستكمال سماع مرافعة النيابة العامة.

وكان المستشار مصطفى سليمان المحامي العام الأول بنيابة استئناف القاهرة قد بدأ اليوم الثلاثاء أولى جلسات المرافعة، مستعرضاً وقائع قضية قتل المتظاهرين السلميين منذ 25 جانفي من العام الماضي، مشيراً الى أنه سيرجئ الحديث في شأن قضايا الفساد المالي وإهدار المال العام الى مرحلة تالية من مرافعة النيابة العامة.

وقالت النيابة في مرافعتها إن مبارك لوّث تاريخه العسكري بعدما تسبب في تردّي أوضاع البلاد في كافة المجالات، على مدى سنوات طويلة، عاشها الشعب في ظل الفقر والقهر والتعذيب وغياب العدالة الاجتماعية، خاصة في العقد الأخير، وبعدما كرس كل أجهزة الدولة لخدمة مشروع توريث الحكم لنجله جمال.

وأضافت النيابة أنه عندما خرجت الجماهير الكبيرة للتعبير عن رفضها لما تشهده البلاد من ترد ومطالبتها بتحسين الأوضاع بشكل سلمي، استخدم النظام معهم كل أساليب العنف، خاصة المتهم الخامس حبيب العادلي وزير الداخلية الأسبق، الذي أعطى أوامر لمرؤسيه باستخدام العنف الذي وصل إلى القتل لتفريق التظاهرات، ما أدى لوفاة كثير من الشباب والرجال والنساء والأطفال، كما تسبب في إصابة آلاف المواطنين بإصابات تصل إلى مستوى العجز والعاهات.

وقال سليمان في مرافعته إن هذه المحاكمة تمثل أهم حدث في التاريخ المصري والعربي، نظراً لخضوع رأس الدولة للمحاكمة لأول مرة أمام القضاء، مضيفاً أن المتهم الأول محمد حسني مبارك سعى لتوريث الحكم وإحكام النظام في قبضته وأفسد السلطة التنفيذية، ما أدى لتفشي الفساد وحماية الفاسدين وارتفاع الأسعار وعدم تناسبها مع الأجور، وعدم شعور المواطنين بجدوى هذه السياسات، فازداد الأثرياء ثراءً والفقراء فقراً.

وأضاف أنه نتيجة لذلك تصاعدت الفوارق الطبقية والمشكلات الاجتماعية والاعتصامات والاحتجاجات العمالية، وأدى كل ذلك إلى تخلف تعليمي وفقر غير محدود وتراجع اقتصادي غير مسبوق، وانحصار دور مصر الإقليمي وفقدانها لمكانتها التي تتمتع بها.

وعن المتهم الثاني حسين سالم (الهارب) أكد سليمان أثناء مرافعته أنه صديق المتهم الأول حسني مبارك وأسرته منذ أن كان مبارك نائباً للرئيس وبدآ في تجارة السلاح معاً وتورّط سالم في إحدى القضايا المشبوهة، وازدادت وتشعبت هذه العلاقة المشبوهة بعد تولي مبارك الرئاسة، فأحاطه بنفوذه وربّحه أموالاً كثيرة ومنحه أجمل المواقع والامتيازات في شرم الشيخ.

وتساءل سليمان: ما المقابل لذلك؟ وماذا استفاد المتهم الأول من صديقه مقابل إعطائه تلك الامتيازات؟

أما المتهم الخامس اللواء حبيب العادلي، وزير الداخلية الأسبق، فقال سليمان في مرافعته إنه أطول وزراء الداخلية بقاءً في السلطة، ما أهله لإقامة جهاز قمعي وسياسة بوليسية وخرج بجهاز الشرطة عن دوره العظيم في حماية الأمن والأمان إلى حماية الحاكم ونظامه وسياساته، ما ترتب عليه وأد الفكر وقتل الحريات العامة في اتباعه سياسات أمنية خاطئة وبسط سلطان الأمن على كافة مؤسسات الدولة، وزوّج الأمن بالحزب الوطني في سبيل بقائه هو والحاكم المتهم الأول في الحكم.

وسردت النيابة وقائع أحداث يومي 25 و28 جانفي 2011، وأكدت أن المظاهرات كانت سلمية وتعاملت بمنتهى التحضر والرقي للتعبير عن مطالبها، إلا أن العادلي اجتمع مع مساعديه وقرر قطع الاتصالات يوم جمعة الغضب لتقليل التجمعات، ولكن الناس خرجت في كل الميادين والشوارع للتعبير عن مطالبها، فاستخدموا ضدهم الأعيرة النارية الحية.

ومن المقرر أن تخصص النيابة مرافعة مستقلة للحديث عن الفساد المالي في عهد الرئيس السابق.
