وقع العشرات من السياسيين والحقوقيين والمثقفين، جزائريين وأجانب، عريضة تطالب بمحاكمة وزير الدفاع الأسبق، الجنرال المتقاعد خالد نزار، وانتقدوا العريضة التي طالبت الحكومة الجزائرية بالتدخل لوقف محاكمة نزار من طرف العدالة السويسرية.


وجاء في العريضة: "بعد توقيف الجنرال نزار من طرف القاضي الفدرالي السويسري، تبعا للدعوى التي رفعت ضده من طرف مواطنين جزائريين، بتهم تتعلق بجرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، حاولت أطراف الوقوف في طريق القضية، التي باشرتها العدالة الدولية مستعملة وسائلها الدعائية*"‬*. ‬
وبلغ عدد الموقعين إلى غاية مساء أمس، قرابة 300 توقيع، يتقدمهم نور الدين بلموهوب، أحد ضحايا الاعتقال بالمراكز الأمنية بالجنوب، وأحد المدعين أمام القضاء السويسري ضد نزار، إلى جانب عدد من الصحفيين والمثقفين الجزائريين المقيمين في الجزائر وخارجها.
الموقّعون على العريضة استغربوا أن يطالب حقوقيون ورجال قانون، الحكومة السويسرية بوقف متابعة الجنرال نزار قضائيا، واعتبروا ذلك "جهلا منهم بكون سويسرا دولة قانون، تكرس مبدأ الفصل بين السلطات"، مضيفين بأن "أصحاب تلك العريضة يعلمون علم اليقين بأنه لن يكون لها أي* ‬تأثير* ‬على* ‬مجرى* ‬الأحداث*"‬*. ‬
ورفض* ‬أصحاب* ‬العريضة* ‬اعتبار* ‬محاكمة* ‬نزار* ‬محاكمة* ‬للجزائر،* ‬وقدروا* ‬بأن* ‬ذلك* ‬مجرد* ‬دغدغة* ‬لمشاعر* ‬الوطنيين* ‬الجزائريين*.‬
