طالبان ستفتتح مكتبا لها في قطر

أعلنت حركة طالبان الأفغانية، أمس الثلاثاء، أنها ستفتتح مكتبا لها في قطر، بعد عشرة أعوام من إسقاط القوات الدولية نظام حكم طالبان في أفغانستان.
وأكد المتحدث باسم الحركة، ذبيح الله مجاهد، أن الوقت "حان لفتح مكتب لنا خارج البلاد بهدف الدخول في حوار مع المجتمع الدولي". وأوضح أنه تم التوصل إلى "اتفاق مبدئي" لفتح مكتب لطالبان في قطر.
وقال مسؤول بارز في الخارجية الأفغانية إن السبب هو دخول قطر في مناقشات مع طالبان لتأسيس مكتب تمثيلي هناك. وأكد الشيخ حمد بن جاسم آل ثاني رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية القطري صحة المعلومات التي تحدثت عن حوار يجري بين قطر وحركة طالبان، وقال "هناك شيء من الصحة ونحن نعتقد أن الحل في أفغانستان يتطلب أن تكون طالبان جزءا منه وأن يتم التعامل معها كجهة سياسية". وقبل نحو أسبوع قال المجلس الأعلى للسلام في أفغانستان إن الحكومة الأفغانية ستوافق على فتح مكتب لحركة طالبان في قطر للمساعدة في إجراء محادثات سلام، مؤكدا عدم مشاركة أي قوة خارجية في العملية دون موافقة المجلس. وحدد المجلس في مذكرة للبعثات الأجنبية قواعد للتعامل مع طالبان بعد أن شعرت كابل بالقلق من أن الولايات المتحدة وقطر بمساعدة ألمانيا اتفقتا سرا مع طالبان على فتح مكتب لها في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة.
