الهاتف والشريحة هما لك بدون شك وخدمة الشركة هو من حقك ، والدفع واجب عليك لكن هل الإزعاج بالرسائل التي لاتعنيك أصلا وفي وقت اضافة الى ذلك رسائل السرقة والإحتيال باسم المسابقات والربح الوهمي ، وقد مررت بظروف عصيبة أنام والجوال مفتوح فتأتيني رسالة نصية تنغص علي ليلي ،
لذا من خلالكم أرجو أن تكون حملة للحفاظ على حقوقنا وملكيتنا للخط و لاتتورط المؤسسة في اعطاء ارقامنا الا بموافقة المعني .... كما ارجو تقديم بعض النماذج من المشاكل قصد اعداد موضوع وشكرا.

السلام عليكم
في الحقيقة الموضوع مهم و أنهى استعمالي لشريحة جيزي بسبب ملاسنة مع المستقبل الذي قال لي انها ارقام خاصة فسالته لماذا هي رباعية؟
وكيف سمحت جيزي بإستقبالها خصوصا التي تقول مبروك لقد فزت ب.....؟
ثم كيف لا تشترط عدم إزعج العملاء؟
فأجاب:ما نقدروا نديرولك والو؟

(رغم أني لم أحاول الإتصال لعلمي المسبق من تجارب الآخرين)
إنتقلت الى عاصمة الولاية...قصدت المركز .....إنتظرت طابور طويل لكن صبرت..
عند وصولي الى الشباك قال :الموظف تفضل...
قلت :لحظة من فضلك
سحبت العقد هناك ومزقته ورميته وقلت هاهي سبع سنوات من الإشتراك...
بسبب الفوضى لم يفهم السبب كثيرا..
إجتمع أعوان الأمن و الناس مندهشة منهم من رضي و منهم من يلوم....
المهم رضيت أنا...
ومنذ ذلك الوقت أستخدم موبيليس بكل عيوبها أفضل من متعامل لا يحترم الزبون..
كان هذا في 2008 قبل أي أحداث حتى لا يفسر كلامي أي تفسير..
منذ ذلك اليوم لم تصلني مثل هذه الرسائل....
