علي السرياطي يكشف عن كيفية هروب بن علي إلى السعودية

فجر علي السرياطي، المدير العام للأمن الرئاسي سابقا، وأحد أبرز مساعدي بن علي المتهمين بقتل المتظاهرين، مفاجأة حول كيفية هروب بن علي إلى السعودية. وبحسب أوراق القضاء التونسي الذي يحقق مع السرياطي، فقد قال هذا الأخير إنّه كان وراء إخراج زين العابدين بن علي الرئيس السابق من تونس، دفاعا عن تونس ولتجنّب مجزرة كان يمكن أن تقع أثناء، استنطاقه أمس من قبل الدائرة الجنائية بالمحكمة العسكرية الدائمة بتونس، في قضيّة شهداء تونس الكبرى وبعض مدن الشمال والوسط. وقال إنّ بن علي لو بقي في تونس لما كانت البلاد كما هي اليوم، ولكانت تونس مثل ليبيا أو اليمن أو سوريا. وقال: لقد خدمت بلادي ووطني إلى آخر لحظة وإنّ ضميري مرتاح. وقال السرياطي إنّه تولّ إدارة الأمن الرئاسي من 1 سبتمبر 2001 إلى 14 جانفي 2011، وكان دوره حماية الرئيس في إقامته وفي تنقلاته وحماية الشخصيات الرسمية وعائلة الرئيس وأصهاره في تنقلاتهم وسكناهم، وقال إنّه سافر مع بن علي من 23 إلى 28 ديسمبر 2011 إلى دبي، وقال إنّه أثناء الثورة ركّز على حماية المؤسسات الدستورية مثل مجلس النواب والوزير الأوّل وذلك لتفادي أي فراغ دستوري.
وفي خصوص رحلة دبي، قال السرياطي إنّها كانت مبرمجة ليوم 17 ديسمبر 2011 إلاّ أنّ ليلى بن علي أرجأت ذلك لأنّها أجرت عمليّة تجميل ولم تمتثل للشفاء وقتها، لذلك تمّ تأجيل الرحلة إلى يوم 23 من نفس الشهر. وقال أثناء عشاء بدبي اتصل به وزير الداخلية، رفيق الحاج قاسم، وطلب منه إبلاغ بن علي بوقوع مصادمات بمدينة منزل بوزيان من ولاية سيدي بوزيد، وبحرق مركز للحرس الوطني ووقوع ثلاثة شهداء. وقال السرياطي: لقد طلبت منه أن يتصل به مباشرة، لكن الوزير ترجاني أن أبلغه، وقال السرياطي إنّه لم يتمكّن من إبلاغ بن علي بالخبر لأنّه كان بصدد تناول وجبة العشاء التي انتهت في حدود الساعة الواحدة ليلا.
وقال: لقد اقترحت على بن علي ترك عائلته بدبي والرجوع إلى تونس، لكن بن علي أجابني بأنّه لو عاد وقتئذ فسوف يقولون إنّه خائف.
وتمسّك السرياطي أثناء استنطاقه بأنّه كان مديرا للأمن الرئاسي وليس مستشارا أمنيا، وقال إنه لم يكن مطلعا حتّى على الرسائل العادية للرئيس فما بالك بالمسائل الأمنية. وقال إنّ بن علي لم يكن يعلمه بما هو أمني، وقال أيضا إنّ الأمن الرئاسي لم يشارك في مواجهة المتظاهرين، وأنّ الجيش أجرى تفقدا يوم 16 جانفي لأسلحة وذخيرة الحرس الرئاسي ولم يجدوا أي نقص. وقال أيضا إنّ وزير الدفاع، رضا قريرة، كان يعلم ما يجري أكثـر من الجميع، فهو مسؤول عن الأمن والحرس والجيش وكلها أسلاك تعود له. وأكد السرياطي بأنّ لجان التنسيق في الجهات كانت تقوم بدور أمني، إذ أنّها كانت تمثل خليّة إرشاد وتبعث كلّ أسبوع بتقارير أمنية إلى رئيس الدولة، وقال السرياطي إنّه كان على علم بذلك منذ كان مديرا للأمن.
وقال إنّ للطفل محمد زين العابدين تأثيرا كبيرا على الرئيس السابق، إذ كان قبل سنة 2005 يشتغل على حصتين، لكن منذ تلك السنة، سنة ولادة ابنه، أصبح يعمل في حصّة صباحية فقط. وقال إنّه هو الوحيد الذي تصدّى لصخر الماطري وطلب منه مباشرة أن يكفّ عن بعض الممارسات. وقال السرياطي أثناء استنطاقه إنه هو الذي كان وراء خطاب بن علي يوم 13 جانفي وساهم معه أحد أقرباء بن علي، في إشارة إلى إحدى بناته التي كانت تكنّ كراهية للطرابلسية. وقال:اقترحنا عليه أن يلقي الخطاب بالعامية وأن يقول “يزّي من الكرطوش الحي” وأن يعلن عن تحرير الأنترنات والإعلام وأن يعلن أيضا عدم الترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية لسنة 2004. وقال السرياطي أيضا إنّه كان على اتصال بالجنرال رشيد عمار واتصل به أثناء ذلك المدير العام للسجون بطلب من وزير العدل آنذاك، وأبلغني بأنّ المساجين في برج الرومي يريدون الفرار، فقال رشيد عمّار “ما تخلّوهمش”. وقال: أجبت مدير السجون بأنّه إذا كان إطلاق الرصاص لا بدّ منه فلا تطلقوه إلاّ رصاصة برصاصة وليس دفعة واحدة. وقال أيضا: لقد طلبت من رشيد عمار أن يعطينا خراطيم المياه التي كان يملكها الجيش، واعترف بأنّهم اضطروا لجلب القنابل المسيلة للدموع من ليبيا، باعتبار أنّ شحنة قادمة من البرازيل قد تصل بعد شهر.
المحامون قدّموا مطالب إفراج في حق عدد من المتهمين، فرفعت المحكمة الجلسة بعد أن أخّرت القضيّة لجلسة العاشر من جانفي ثمّ قرّرت رفض كلّ مطالب الإفراج.
