الطيب لوح المرشح لخلافة أويحيى


نقلت وكالة رويترز للأنباء عن مصدر مطلع على مناقشات داخل النخبة الحاكمة في الجزائر إن قرارا اتخذ لتعيين "شخصية حيادية" لرئاسة الوزراء، للإشراف على الانتخابات البرلمانية المقرر إجراؤها هذا العام، لكنه لم يصدر بعد أي تأكيد لذلك.
ونقلت رويترز عن المصدر قوله إن الشخص المرجح لخلافة رئيس الوزراء الحالي أحمد أويحيى هو الطيب لوح، وهو قاض سابق يتولى الآن منصب وزير العمل.
يأتي هذا فيما طالبت أحزاب المعارضة الرئيسية في الجزائر الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة بإقالة أويحيى وتعيين حكومة تكنوقراط مؤقتة لضمان عدم تزوير الانتخابات التي ستجري هذا العام.
وقالت هذه الأحزاب إن حكومة أويحيى لا يمكن الوثوق بها للإشراف على انتخابات حرة ونزيهة.
وقال فاتح الربيعي الذي كان حزبه النهضة ضمن الأحزاب التي طالبت بتغيير الحكومة إنه إذا كان بوتفليقة جادا بشأن إجراء انتخابات حرة ونزيهة، فإنه يتعين عليه قبول مطالب الأحزاب وتعيين حكومة جديدة مكلفة بمهمة واحدة هي الإشراف على الانتخابات.
وأضاف الربيعي أن تزوير الانتخابات سيعني أن الحكومة ليست جادة بشأن الإصلاحات، مما يجعل سيناريو حدوث تمرد محتملا بدرجة كبيرة.
وأيد هذه الدعوة حزب العمال، وهو حزب علماني معارض، كما طالب حزبان إسلاميان آخران هما حزب حركة مجتمع السلم وحزب جبهة العدالة والتنمية بتعيين حكومة جديدة.
وقال مسؤول بارز في حزب حركة مجتمع السلم الذي انسحب الشهر الماضي من الائتلاف الحاكم إن مجلس الشورى -وهو أعلى هيئة سياسية بالحزب- حث بوتفليقة على تعيين حكومة تكنوقراط للإشراف على الانتخابات البرلمانية القادمة.
ولم يرد بوتفليقة (74 عاما) علانية حتى الآن على طلب تشكيل حكومة جديدة قبل الانتخابات، لكن مصدرا قريبا من النخبة الحاكمة قال إن قرارا اتخذ لعزل أويحيى وإن الشخص المرجح لخلافته هو الطيب لوح.
والطيب لوح هو قاض سابق يتولى الآن منصب وزير العمل، وهو عضو في حزب جبهة التحرير الوطني الذي يهيمن على المؤسسة الحاكمة في الجزائر، لكن منصبه السابق قاضيا يمكن أن يطمئن أحزاب المعارضة بأن الانتخابات ستكون نزيهة.
