كيف تعرف ماهو الفيتامين الذي ناقص لديك ؟


فيتامين (أ)

التهابات متكررة في الجزء العلوي من الجهازالتنفسي.
ظهور تقرحات في الفم.
العشى الليلي.
جفاف و تقشر فيالجلد.

فيتامين ( ب ) المركب

الإجهادالمتواصل.
عدم القدرة على التركيز.
تشقق الشفاه.
التحسس من الضوء.
القلق المستمر"الأرق.


فيتامين ( ج )

الإصابة المتكررة بالبرد.
نزيف اللثة.
عدم التئام الجروح بسهولة.


فيتامين ( د)

الآم المفاصل.
الآم الظهر.
تساقط الشعر.


فيتامين ( هـ)

الشعور بالتعب عند أقل مجهود.
بطء التئام الجروح






الفيتمينات ووجودها وفوائدها


فيتامين (A)
1-يوجد في
:الجزر- الخس- التوت- السبانخ- الزبدة- البيض- السمك- زيت كبد الحوت- القمح- العسل.

2-فوائده:
مفيد لأمراض العيون/الحفاظ على صحة بطانة تجاويف الجسم مثل الأنف , والحنجرة , الفم, القصبة الهوائية , المثانة , المعدة ...الخ

3-نقصه:
يسبب حكة في العين عدم وضوح الرؤية, او وجود سائل مخاطي في العين, خشونة في الجلد, جفاف وقشرة في الشعر , تكسر في الاظافر.

فيتامين(B1)

1-يوجد في:
الكبد- خميرة البيرة- الحنطة- الحبوب الكاملة.

2-فوائده:
يعرف هذا الفيتامين ب الثيامين فهو يساعد الجهاز الهضمي والسيطرة على افراز المعدة لحامض الهيدروليك والذي يعتبر ضروري للهضم.

3-نقصه:
يسبب التعب , الكآبة , العصبيةامراض الجلد , ابيضاض الشعر او سقوطة , ضعف في الشهية.

فيتامين(B2)

1-يوجد في:
الخميرة- الحليب- الكبد- الخضار ذات الاوراق الخضراء- النخالة - الحنطة- المشمش- الطماطم.

2-فوائده:
يعرف هذا الفيتامين ب الرايبوفلافين.

3-نقصه
:يسبب الرعشة-الدوخة-ضعف في العضلات-احمرار العين- يسبب الاكزيما.

فيتامين(B6)

1-يوجد في:
النخالة- الحنطة- الكبد- خميرة البيرة- اللحوم- الحليب- البازاليا- اللوز- العدس- الفاصوليا.

2-فوائده:
يحافظ على الجهاز العصبي - يمنع تساقط الشعر - يقلل من التشنجات العصبية - يوقف الغثيان - يعمل على توازن الاملاح في الجسم - يساعد في تكوين الاجسام المضادة لمرضى فقدان المناعة- ضروري لبناء و انهيار الاحماض الأمينية.

3-نقصه:
قد يسبب العصبية , الأرق , فقدان التحكم في العضلات , الأنيمياء , تعب في الفم , احتباس الماء في الجسم.

فيتامين (B12)

1-يوجد في:
اللحوم- الكبدة- الكلاوي.

2-فوائده:
يساعد في تكوين واحياء كرات الدم الحمراء ,يمنع الانيمياء, يحافظ على الجهاز العصبي , يقاوم الاكتئاب.

3-نقصه:
يسبب الأنيمياء , عدم الشهية في الاكل , التعب , تلف المخ , بطء النمو في الاطفال , الاكتئاب , العصبية , نقص في الوزن.

فيتامين(B complex )
1-يوجد في:

الكبد - خميرة البيرة - بذور الحنطة - الحبوب الكاملة.

2-فوائده:
أساسي لصحة الجلد و الشعر و العيون و الفم و الكبد, يحافظ على افراز الحليب لدى المرضع , يساعد على تخفيف عسر الطمث , ضروري لأداء وظائف الجهاز العصبي.

3-نقصه:
يسبب التعب , الكآبة , حدة الطبع , العصبية , كثرة البثور في البشرة , ابيضاض الشعر او سقوطة, ضعف في الشهيه.

فيتامين ©

1-يوجد في:
البرتقال- الليمون- الزبيب الاسود- الورد البري- الفلفل الاخضر- الطماطم- اللوبياء- البازيلا الجافة.

2-فوائده:
يقاوم امراض البرد - يساعد على امتصاص الحديد - مانع للتسمم- يساعد في حركة المعادن الثقيلة مثل النحاس والرصاص والزئبق وبذلك يمكن التخلص منها - يساعد على مقاومة خطر النايترات والتي تستعمل بكثرة كمادة حافظة للاغذية- ينظم الكولسترول.

3-نقصه:
يسبب تكسر الانسجة التي تربط كل خلايا الجسم مع بعضها البعض , نزف الأنف - ضعف الاوعية الدموية - نزف اللثة - ظهور الكدمات على الجلد بسهولة - قد يحدث فقر الدم مع الم في المفاصل.

فيتامين (D)
1-يوجد في:
البيض- الزبدة- زيت كبد الحوت - الحليب المجفف- اشعة الشمس في الصباح الباكر.

2-فوائده:
المهمة الاساسية لهذا الفيتامين هي تكوين العظام خاصة للنساء الحوامل والاطفال- ضروري لتكوين الاسنان- يقوم بالمساعدة في امتصاص الكالسيوم و الفسفور-حماية العضلات من الضعف و يساعد على من التحدب, الارق.

3-نقصه:[/color
]لين العظام عند الكبار- اانزلاق العظام عند كبار السن.

فيتامين(E )

1-يوجد في:
بذور الحنطة- زيت الخضروات االطبيعي- الجوز- الخس- الطماطم- الجزر- صفار البيض- اللحوم.

2-فوائده
:يعمل كمضاد للأكسدة - تحسين ااالدورة الدموية- يساعد في الانجاب- حماية الرئة من اي تلوث- يساعد على نقاوة البشرة.

3-نقصه:
فقر الدم

فيتامين(P)

1-يوجد في:
الحمضيات- قشرة البرتقال- الحنطة السوداء- الزبيب الاسود- الورد البري.

2-فوائده
:يلعب دورا مهما في المحافظة على قوة الاوعية الدموية و صحتها يساعد الجسم في القضاء على الالتهابات , يزيد من فعالية فيتامين سي.

فيتامين(K)

1-يوجد في:
السبانخ- فول الصويا- االطماطم- العسل- االنخالة- صفار االبيض- االحنطة.

2-فوائده:
يمنع تخثر الدم.

3-نقصه:
يؤدي نقصة الى الجلطة ااو تخثر الدم , نزيف دموي.

(حمض الفوليك)

1-يوجد في:
الخضروات الورقية , الكبد , الكلاوي , خميرة البيرة.

2-فوائده:
يستعمل في علاج فقر االدم , يمنع تشوهات الأنبوب العصبي وتلف الدماغ لدى اللأجنة , ذو فائدة في علاج قرح المعدة و مشاكل الطمث , ينصح بة قبل وأثناء الحمل.

3-نقصه:
نقصه يمكن ان يسبب ااضطرابا أو نسيانا , وبلادة عقلية , يتاثر الجهاز العصبي و الجهاز الهضمي , كذلك يتاثر النمو الصحيح.

(حامض البانتوثينيك)

1-يوجد في
:خميرة البيرة - الكبد بذور الحنطة - البازلا - فول الصويا - فستق - اللحم - السمك - الحبوب.

2-فوائده:
يعتبر فيتامين الضغط لأنة يشكل مقاومة ضد الضغط العصبي , تعتمد غدة الاردنالين على هذا الحامض عندما يكون قليلا تحس بضعف العضلات, انتاج الطاقة من الشحوم والنشاء والبروتين, يعالج اامراض المفاصل, ضعف العضلات
