هذا فيديو غريب عندما شاهدته أول مرة إختلطت العواطف عندي..

ضحك...

تعجب...

إستغراب...

دهشة...

كل هذا دفعة واحدة...

كان من المفترض أن أفتح نقاش حول أسباب مثل هذه الظاهرة...

هل هو تمرد المواطن أو فشل الدولة في فرض هيبتها؟؟

و ماهي مقومات هذه الهيبة وشروط غرسها عند المواطن؟؟ (هذا محور الموضوع)

و كيف نتخلص من مثل هذه المارسات التى تعني الكثير و بأبعاد خطيرة ..

قد تعني أنه لا أحد في أمان في هذا الوطن...

أو قد تعني أن ممثلي الدولة يتساهلون مع الشعب و يحبونه لدرجة الوصول الى هذا...

صحيح امر غريب لكن ليس بمستحيــل مع هاته الانواع البشرية ، للاسف اقولها بصوت عالي لكن صاحب السيارة بعيد كل البعد عن التربية والانسانية ، هل نسي ان الشرطي كائن بشري مثله (ان كان كذلك)؟؟ ، ولا يوجد شيء يبرر تصرفه هذا ، حتى الرجولة {التي يتفاخر بها زعما} ينعدمها؛
لا يهم من اي ولاية هو لان الجزائر مليئة بامثاله للاسف والغريب في الامر ان الحق كله والتبريرات لافعالهم الشنيعة يعود على الحكومة والبلاد ونسوا انهم من يصنعوها{وكي يصلح الشعب تصلح لبلاد}
