أيهما تفضل التوظيف على اساس الشهادة أم على اساس الاختبار

السلام عليكم

كما هو معروف عند المنتخرجين و أصحاب الشهادات لا يوجد منصب عمل أفضل منه عند القطاع العام او الوظيف العمومي و لتمكن من الالتحاق بهذا القطاع يجب أن تجتاز إختبار وهذا الأخير على نوعان على أساس الشهادة أو كتابي.
سأحاول شرح كلا النوعان على حدى :
الامتحان على أساس الاختبار يكون معلن عنه في وسائل الاعلام المكتوبة و كذا موقع الوظيف العمومي على النت تحدد مهلة إداع الملفات ب 20 يوم من تاريخ النشر و تجرى الاختبارات داخل مراكز تكون في الغالب مدرجات الجامعة الاقرب و يتمحور الاختبار في الثقافة العامة + المادة الاساسية كل حسب تخصصه + لغة حية وتعلن النتائج فيما بعد.
اما الاختبار على أساس الشهادة فإجراءات الاعلان عنه نفسها على اساس الاختبار لكن الفرق يكمن في مركز الامتحان و طريقة احتساب النقاط زائد أوراق مطلوبة في الملف فنقول مركز الامتحان هو المؤسسة الموظفة و احتساب النقاط يكون بأقدمية الشهادة والخبرة هذا بالاضافة إلى شهادة تثبت الخبرة في الميدان.
هذا بإيجاز كيفية التوظيف في القطاع العمومي
لذا أغلب المترشحين و أنا واحد منهم يفضل الامتحان على اساس الاختبار لأن فيه شفافية نوعية اكثر منها الموجودة في الامتحان على اساس الشهادة

على اساس الشهادة افضل لان هناك اشخاص عشرات سنين يجتازون الاختبارات لكن ينجح المتخرجون الجدد فمن غير معقول شخص في عمرة 21 سنة ينجح وصاحب33 و38 لا ينجح

بالاضافة ايضا كتجربة لا علاقة للامتحانات بالمنصب العمل فكل واحد يستطيع تعلمه حتى ولو كان ليس من مستواه فالتفوق الدراسي ليس معناه التفوق في العمل

التوظيف على أساس الإختبار يعطي الأفضلية للمتخرجين الجدد لأن علاقتهم بالدراسة لازالت متواصلة على عكس المتخرجين القدامى الذين ربما نسوا الكثير مما درسوه .
