دراسة جديدة: تناول اللحوم المصنعة يزيد نسبة الإصابة بالسرطان !

أفادت دراسة جديدة قام بها باحثون في السويد أن تناول حوالي 50 غرامًا من اللحوم المصنعة يوميًا يؤدي الى ارتفاع نسبة الاصابة بسرطان البنكرياس بنسبة 19% وهي نسبة عالية جدًا.

و حسب الاحصائيات ان نسبة النجاة بعد الاصابة ضئيلة جدًا حوالي 20% (جمعية السرطان الأمريكية (http://www.pancreatic.org/site/c.htJYJ8MPIwE/b.891917/k.5123/Prognosis_of_Pancreatic_Cancer.htm))

المعلوم أنه في البلدان الغير مسلمة يتناول الناس لحم الخنزير مثلا أغلبيته مصنعا لكن حتى في البلدان المسلمة و نأخذ الجزائر كمثال يتناول الناس ما يُسمى بالكاشير والنقانق فيجب التقليل من تناولها .. و اللحوم الحمراء عامّة فهي التي تهلك صحة الانسان.

في الحقيقة عن نفسي آكل الكاشير لكن ليس دائما..
لكن و مع ذلك مقتنع ان فيه شيء غير متوازن وانه ربما مضر بالصحة ..
اما الان بعد معرفة انه مضر و التاكد من ذلك ... يمكن ان اقلل منه او امتنع عنه حتى
