التعرف على الجنود الأمريكيين الأربعة الذين "دنسوا جثث الأفغان"


تم التعرف على جنود مشاة البحرية الاميركية (مارينز) الاربعة الذين ظهروا في شريط فيديو بث على الانترنت وهم يتبولون على جثث افغانيين ما اثار استنكارا واسعا في الولايات المتحدة وافغانستان، بحسب ما اعلن أمس الجمعة مسؤول عسكري اميركي.
وقال المسؤول الذي طلب عدم كشف هويته "تم التعرف على اربعتهم" دون كشف اسماء المشتبه بهم الاربعة. وتم حتى الان الكشف عن اسمين.
وكان مسؤول عسكري اعلن في وقت سابق ان الجنديين "تم استجوابهما" من جهاز التحقيق الجنائي في المارينز لكنهما ليسا "رهن التوقيف" حاليا. وتحدث المسؤول العسكري دون كشف هويته بهدف عدم التدخل في التحقيق القضائي الجاري.
واظهر شريط الفيديو اربعة شبان يرتدون زي الجيش الاميركي وهم يتبولون على ثلاث جثث كساها الدم، مع وعيهم بانه يجري تصويرهم.
والجنديان اللذان تم استجوابهما ينتميان الى وحدة قناصة من الفرقة الثالثة للفيلق الثاني في المارينز ومقرها كامب لوجون في كارولينا الشمالية في جنوب شرق الولايات المتحدة.
وكانت وحدتهما منتشرة في شمال ولاية هلمند جنوب غرب افغانستان بين مارس وسبتمبر 2011 وهي الفترة التي تم فيها "بلا شك" تصوير الفيديو، بحسب المسؤول.
وكان الجنود الاربعة ضمن الوحدة ذاتها حين تم تصوير الفيديو لكن يبدو انه تم نقلهم منذ ذلك الحين الى قاعدة اخرى، بحسب المصدر ذاته.
ويمكن ان تتم احالتهم الى المحكمة العسكرية بتهمة انتهاك قوانين القضاء العسكري الاميركي اضافة الى اتفاقيات جنيف التي تنص على التعامل باحترام مع جثث الاعداء.
ويمكن ان يشمل التحقيق اشخاصا آخرين كما قال مسؤول عسكري خصوصا الشخص الذي صور الفيديو الذي يرجح ان يكون هو الاخر عسكريا.
كما سيهتم التحقيق بالتسلسل القيادي. واضاف المصدر انه اذا اظهر التحقيق وسائل قيادة مخلة شجعت مثل هذا السلوك فان المسؤولين سيعاقبون.
واعرب ابرز المسؤولين السياسيين والعسكريين الاميركيين عن ذهولهم وصدمتهم ازاء هذه الفعلة "المؤسفة". ووعد وزير الدفاع ليون بانيتا اثناء محادثة هاتفية مع الرئيس الافغاني حميد كرزاي الذي ندد بهذه "الفعلة الهمجية" و"الوحشية، أول أمس الخميس باجراء "تحقيق فوري ومعمق" في الامر.
