حمّل اليمني زكريا السادة، شقيق أرملة زعيم تنظيم القاعدة السابق أسامة بن لادن السلطات الباكستانية المسؤولية الكاملة عن ما وصفها بالجرائم التي ترتكب بحق شقيقته وأرملتين أخريين لبن لادن وأطفاله المحتجزين في باكستان.
وقال السادة "لن نسكت على الجرائم التي تمارس بحق نساء وأطفال، ولن نتردد في رفع القضية أمام المحاكم الدولية".
وكشف عن ارتكاب السلطات الباكستانية ما أسماها بأكبر جريمة إنسانية بحق أرامل وأطفال بن لادن، مشيرا إلى أنهم محتجزون في "ظروف غير طبيعية ولا إنسانية في محتجز سري بباكستان ويتعرضون لرسائل تهديدية وتخويفية، بأن جماعات تريد قتلهم".
وقال "وجدت شقيقتي وأطفالها في حالة صعبة، فالأطفال ينتابهم شعور بالخوف، كما أن شقيقتي تعرضت للإصابة بالرصاص في رجلها أثناء الهجوم الأميركي على منزلهم وأصبحت غير قادرة على المشي، وساءت حالتها بعد تعرضها لإهمال طبي طوال فترة احتجازها التي قاربت السبعة أشهر".
وندد السادة بما وصفه بالصمت الرهيب في العالم العربي والإسلامي تجاه أسرة بن لادن، "لكننا سنعمل بكل ما أوتينا من قوة على كشف تلك الجرائم الإنسانية بحق النساء والأطفال مع الناشطين والحقوقيين الذي يعملون مع الإنسانية والمظلوم أينما كان".
وكانت عائلة أمل السادة -الزوجة الرابعة لبن لادن الذي اغتالته قوة أميركية خاصة أوائل ماي 2011 في مدينة آبت آباد القريبة من العاصمة إسلام أباد- قد أعربت عن خشيتها على مصير ابنتها وأطفالها الخمسة، وطالبت بالإفراج عنها فورا وإعادتها لبلدها.
وكان وزير الداخلية الباكستاني رحمان ملك رفض التوقيع على طلب مغادرة أرملة وأطفال بن لادن، بحجة اعتزامه تشكيل لجنة أخرى غير تلك التي شكلتها الحكومة الباكستانية وأوصت بإمكانية مغادرة أرامل وأبناء بن لادن الأراضي الباكستانية.
وقال السادة إنه مرّ على وجوده في إسلام آباد أكثر من شهرين ونصف منذ استدعائه عبر سفارة اليمن إلى باكستان لتسلّم شقيقته أمل وأطفالها الخمسة، وقيل له إن مغادرتهم ستكون فورية بمجرد وصوله، لكن الداخلية الباكستانية لم تف بوعدها حسب تعبيره.
