عذرٌ من سبعين، لأخي الجنرال.

تتوفر في شخصي كلّ معايير النظام للمواطنة الصالحة،فأنا أمّي في السياسة ولا أفقه فيها شيئا،لكن وصلني من جدتي وعن طريق الخطأ أنّ سبب العشرية السوداء سيئة الذكر في بلادنا كان إجراءا لا أستطيع بعقلي الصغير أن أدرك طبيعته ( إداري ، سياسي ، عسكري ، تاريخي أو جغرافي...الله أعلم) يسمى: توقيف مسار الإنتخابات،نُفّذ بعد أن كسبها الحزب الأول في البلاد آنذاك.
أخبرتني جدتي كذلك وعن طريق الخطأ دائما أن المسؤول عن هذا الإجراء كان موظفا لدى الدولة (أو الدولة هي التي كانت موظفة عنده، لا أتذكر كلام العجوز بالضبط)،يُقال له: "الجِنِنَار".
بحثت طويلا عن الشخص الذي تقصده جدتي بما قالت، فوجدتُ بعد عناء أنّ الأقرب والأنسب هو : "الجنرال"...وأرجو أن لا تسألوني عن تفاصيل هذه الوظيفة وعن ما يبيع ويشتري صاحبُها بالضبط وكم يكسب منها لأنني لا أعرف كلّ ذلك...ما أعرفه هو أنّ توقيف مسار الإنتخابات كان قرارا إتخذه موظف إسمه " الجنرال"، وأنّه كان إنسانا يقول لا إله إلا الله ويتسمى بأسماء تشبه أسماءنا ( محمد ، خالد ...)، وبما أنه كذلك فإنه معني بقاعدة السبعين عُذرا.
نعم، سألتمس لأخي في لا إله إلا الله : " الجنرال" عُذرا لقيامه بتوقيف مسار إنتخابات إختار فيها الشعب من يحكمه بكل حرية ووعي و د ي م ق ر ا ط ي ة.
سمعتُ بعض الناس يقولون أنه فعل ذلك عُدوانا ومناهضة للدين الحنيف،لكنني لا أظن ذلك بل أرى أن أخانا الجنرال لم يكُن همّه ودافعُه من وراء فعله الذي فعل وتنكيله الذي نكّل، شيئ من السلبية تجاه الدين الذي هو دينه في آخر الأمر،بل أمرٌ آخر تماما لا علاقة له بعقائد العقل والقلب أكثر مما هو مُرتبط بعقائد و دوافع البطن والنفس المتسلطة المُحبّة للتملك والسلطة والسيطرة على ثروة البلد وشعب البلد طولا وعرضا وإرتفاعا.
فأخي الجنرال لم يسعى لإسقاط الحزب الإسلامي المُنتخب لأنه حزبٌ إسلامي، بل لأنّه حزبٌ شعبي تلتفّ حوله الجماهير، وهذا ما يشكّل تهديدا لمبدأ اللاديمقراطية واللاصوت للشعب الذي كان يضمن لأخي التحكّم في زمام أمور البلد بما أنه يرى في نفسه الإنسان الراشد الوحيد القادر على تقرير مصير الوطن وتحديد من يحكُم ومن لا يحكُم بين هذه الملايين من الكائنات الحيّة الغير صالحة للتفكير والإختيار.
ومما سبق نستنتج أن ما علينا أن نطلبه من هذا الأخ ليس إعتناق الإسلام لأنه مُسلم، بل إعادة الإرادة إلى صاحبها الشرعي : " الشعب"، فتكونُ الديمقراطية مطلب الشعب السياسي والإسلامي على السواء، فالديمقراطية هي الحلّ في هذا البلد، لأن في إقامتها إقامةٌ لمبدأين خالدين يتفّق عليهما كلّ جزائري وجزائرية:
"شعبُ الجزائر مُسلمٌ"
و
"عقدنا العزم أن تحيا الجزائر"
