مطلبنا الإعلام الحر وليس "الإعلام الحر"

لماذا نندفع دائما لنطالب بأشياء قد تكون مفيدة وقد لا تكون...؟!
لماذا يصبح البعض ويمسي على اللهاث وراء "الإعلام الحر" وهو مطلب بالغ الأهمية لأطراف خارجية قبل أن يكون مهما للجزائريين..؟؟!!

انظروا مايذا يفعل "الإعلام الحر" في مصر.. ماذا جنى الشعب المصري والدولة المصرية سوى "خراب البيت" والحروب الشرسة (الممولة من الخارج)على الإسلام...
ماذا تفعل "حرية الإعلام" في تونس؟
ألم يتطاول البعض على الذات الإلهية ثم كأن شيئا لم يكن؟
الإعلام "الحر"في لبنان ..أليس أحزابا متناحرة؟!

إذا كان التلفزيون الحكومي وسيلة لتلميع صورة النظام وتضليل الشعب فهذا فساد نريد القضاء عليه..
أما أن تأتي "الأحزاب"(ليست السياسية فقط وإنما بالمعنى العام للكلمة) وتقول أنا آتيكم بـ" الإعلام الحر" الذي لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولامن خلفه، ثم تجعل هذا الإعلام منبرا للدعاية الرخيصة لسياساتها وأفكارها ومغالطاتها.. بدعم من سفارات أجنبية تارة ومن أصحاب "الشكارة" تارة.. فهذا فساد أعظم... وهذا هو "الإعلام الحر" أو منابر الدعاية التي تطالب بها كلينتون وجوبيه..
أما الإعلام الحر الذي نطالب به فيختلف ..
نطالب بمؤسسة إعلامية قائمة بذاتها تمول من الشعب، مستقلة عن الحكومة وغير مرتبطة بحزب من الأحزاب أو شخص من ذوي النفوذ والمال أو سفارة من السفارات ، منضبطة بضوابط الإعلام الحر ..حكر على ذوي الكفاءات والمهنيين، "حرام" على المنتسبين للاحزاب أو السلطة أو المعارضة ..هكذا فقط يكون الإعلام حرا ويؤدي عمله كسلطة رابعة حقيقية.

عندما نصل للمدينة الفاضلة التي تكلم عنها افلاطون عندها يكون عندنا اعلام كما ذكرت .

لماذا ترون أن تحقيق مطلب الإعلام الحر مستحيل..؟
هو ممكن جدا إذا توفرت الإرادة السياسية والوعي الشعبي..
"بي بي سي" في رأيي تقدم مثالا يحتذى في الإعلام الحر والنزيه والموضوعي والمهني..

اخي الاعلام هو العين الساهرة التي تراقب النظام وتكشف فساده , واذا كان اعلامنا رديء فهذا ليس معناه ان قوانين حرية الاعلام غلط وانما سوء التسيير وضعف كفاءت الاعلاميين عندنا هو السبب .

أظن أنه من الخطأ الإعتقاد أن الإعلام مهمته تعرية النظام وفضح ممارساته
الإعلام مهمته أسمى وأكبر من ذلك

النظام مُعرى ومكشوف أصلا وظهرت عورته للعام والخاص..نحن أحوج ما نكون إلى توعية وتنوير الرأي العام وإعلامه بالحقيقة كاملة غير مقولبة ولا مشوهة بعيدا عن البروباغاندا..
وبذلك تحصل المراقبة للسياسيين جميعا (سلطة ومعارضة)...

رداءة الإعلام سببها أنه متحكم به ومرتبط بجهات سياسية.. وإلا فالكفاءات موجودة ..

إن الأصل: هو الحرية في كل شيئ، يبقى أن كل من تجاوز حدود حريته معتديا على حرية غيره، فهو آثم يستحق الردع والعقاب.

تقصد حرية الدعاية..
في هذه الحالة الجميع سواء ..من حق أي جهة أن تنشيء منبرا للدعاية تُعرف به وفي إطار قانون خاص وهذا -بالضرورة- لا يمكن أن يكون خاضعا لأبسط مباديء الإعلام التي تدرس في الجامعات وعليه يجب أن يفصل عن الإعلام المستقل المنشود.
