حول انترنت نجمة وموبيليس بالجزائر
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته تحية طيبة الى جميع القراء والمتابعين أما بعد فلدينا اليوم موضوع مهم ولكن يخص القاطنين أو المقيمين بالجزائر فقط وهو حول الإشتراك بخدمة أنترنت نجمة بالجزائر.
اعلم بان الكثير من الجزائرين يتسائلون يوميا عن مدى نجاعة خدمات الإنترنت لا سلكي sans file سواءا كانت تابعة للمتعامل نجمة أو موبيليس أو جيزي وعن تكلفة الخدمة وسرعة التدفق والكثير من التساؤلات التي كانت تدور بذهني أنا شخصيا.
خاصة وأن شركة اتصالات الجزائر لاتوفر هذه الخدمة ماعدا الأنترنت السلكي الذي يتطلب ان تكون مشترك بخدمة الهاتف المنزلي للحصول على خط انترنت ADSL.
وبدون اطالة عليكم ندخل مباشرة في اعطاء لمحة مختصرة عن هذه الخدمة التي لها مزايا كثيرة كما لها عيوب كثيرة وعليك المقارنة بين هذا وذاك.
أولا نجمة للأنترنت هي خدمة متاحة للجميع بدون استثناء والإشتراك بها يتم بطريقة عادية كطلب اشتراك بخط اتصال لاسلكي ويتم بالإجراءات التالية:
1- التقرب من أقرب مركز لإتصالات نجمة بمدينتك أو مدينة اقامتك
2- الواثائق المرفقة نسخة من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية
3- مبلغ مالي قدره 7000 دج للحصول على الشريحة
بعد دفع المبلغ واتمام اجراءات الإشتراك يتم منحك وثيقة العقد التي مدتها سنة كاملة والتي تلزمك دفع مبلغ الإشتراك الشهري اجباريا الذي يقدر ب2500 دج ولكن حذاري ففي حالة عدم تسديد الفاتورة يتم متابعتك قضائيا.
يتم تجديد العقد تلقائيا كل سنة ان لم تتقدم أنت بطلب الغاء الإشتراك قبل نهاية عقد السنة الجارية .
طريقة تثبيت الشريحة على جهاز الكومبيوتر
تحتوي شريحة انترنت نجمة على برنامج يتم تثبيته تلقائيا بمجرد وصل الشريحة بجهاز الكومبيوتر ولا يتطلب قرص مرن لتثبيته.
1 - بعد تثبيت البرنامج يتم التقاط الإشارة بواسطة جهاز الكومبيوتر كما توضحه الصورة التالية
2 - من جهاز الكومبيوتر اضغط على أيقونة نجمة لتظهر لك نافذة كما توضحه الصورة التالية
3 - ثم اضغط على conecter .
4- لتظهر لك الإشارة كما توضحه الصورة التالية
تكون سرعة الإتصالات وقوة التدفق بحسب قوة اشارة نجمة بالمنطقة المتواجد بها .

تتميز شريحة انترنت نجمة بالخصائص التالية :

و الله تبهديلة ... سرعة تدفق 128 كيلوبايت !!!

أنا رأيي من يشترك في هذه الخدمة خسارة دراهم برك .
المشكلة ليست في نجمة و انما في اتصالات الجزائر التي تحتكر الخدمة و تفرض شروطها !!!
128 كيلو بايت في 2012 ؟؟؟ مسخرة و بكم السعر : 2500دج ؟؟؟!!! واو

هنا في اوربا سعر الشريحة قبل 4 الى 3 سنوات كان بين 42 و 45 اورو اليوم قيمتها 20 اورو ... اما اذا كان الاشتراك لاكثر من سنة فقيمتها 0 اورو يعني ببلاش ... في الجزائر 7000 دج أي 70 اورو تقريبا !!! الله أكبر

سوف لا أقارن بيننا و بين أوربا بل بالجيران فقط ... ألسنا نقول أننا بخير ما يخصنا والو ؟؟!!

و شتان بين هذه الخدمات و خدمة نجمة ... أظن أن جيزي لم تقبل بشروط اتصالات الجزائر و لم تطلق خدمة 3G

المشكل يبقى سياسيا فيما يخص سرعة التدفق اذا علمنا أن الكابلات التي تربط الجزائر و تونس لها نفس تدفق الكابل الذي يربط المغرب فلماذا لا نتمتع بتدفق عالي كجيراننا ؟

السلام عليكم انا جربتهم في زوج مع الاول كنت مع نجمة وهي كارثة طبيعية
والان راني مع موبليس وهي نوعا ما احسن من نجمة لكنها ليست بالجيدة يعني رانا نتألموا مع موبليس (والكل يتألم)
نصيحة لكل من عنده حل اخر ان لا يتجه اليهما

إننا في آخر الصف في كل الميادين

انا نستعمل نجمة من اكثر من اربعة سنوات
التدفق كان فيها مقبول و نحمل برامج عادي
حاليا كثرت الانقطاعات خصوصا بعد كثرة المشتركين و بيع الكم الهائل من المفاتيح
سرعة التدفق كذبة لا تتجاوز 50 كيلوبايت في احسن الاحوال.
و عند قطع الانترنت لا تعوضك شركة نجمة و لا سنتيم.
بالنسبة لموبيليس كارثة عظمى و تفاهة فوق اللازم فالانترنت لا تفتح ابدا الا من الموبيل و في اوقات نوم المشتركين تتحسن لتظهر صفحات بسيطة .
تحميل برنامج بحجم واحد ميغا من المستحيلات السبعة.
و خدمة الزبائن كارثة
مرة رحت سقسيت في فضاء موبيليس و قلت لهم الاننرنت ثقيلة قال لي هي هكذا ؟ و نهار اللي شريتها قالوا لي سرعتها روعة مثل الانترنت العادية و بعد 15 نطلقو خدمة ثري جي و تولي احسن
راني في 6 اشهر من بعد هذي الكذبة و موبيليس تافهة اكثر من نجمة لكن تبقى نجمة احسن .
الدولة تتعمد هذا و ضعف الانترنت سياسة متعمدة ليبقى المواطن عبد للادارة و النظام.
فلو كانت الانترنت ممتازة و المواطن مرتاح البال الدولة ستقلق من راحة بال المواطن.
فالشبع و الاجر الجيد و انترنت جيدة كلها تريح المواطن و تقلق الدولة .
الجوع و اجر ضعيف و انترنت حلزونية سعادة الدولة الابدية.
المواطن اذا ارتاح يفكر و اذا فكر يطالب بحقوق اكثر مثل اابترول و الغاز و يطمع في مناصب و في التسيير و هنا خطر على الديناصورات و البقارة الساكنين في السلطة.

هناك هيئة في الجزائر تسمى سلطة الضبط هي و الحيط كيفكيف و هي السبب الرئيسي لتخلفنا في ميدان الاتصالات الاسلكية و الانترنت تخيل بلد مثل الصومال تفوق علينا في هذا الميدان.

أما فيما يخص مفتاح الانترنت الخاص بنجمة فأنا استعمله و هو كارثة و في الكثير من المرات لا أتمكن من الدخول أو سرعة بطيئة جدا.
فيما يخص موبيليس فهي أحسن قليلا لكن بنفس رداءة نجمة.
بلد مثل الجزائر و يملك كل الإمكانيات ليكون رائدا في مجال الإتصالات السلكية و اللاسلكية مصنف في المراكز الأخيرة عالميا فعلا تعيا من راسك.

انا نستعمل موبيليس وهى رائعة لانه فلاش ديسك مبعده على كومبيوتر بكاب فيه 3امتار لما تضعها مباشرة في كومبيوتر تتاثر بكومبيوتر وماتحكمش
