أيُّ الرياضتين أفضل: الركض أم ركوب الدراجة؟

السلام عليكم...
أقرب رياضتين إلى يوميات الجزائريين وأيسرهما على المداومة والإنتظام رياضتان مفيدتان للبدن مُبهجتان للنفس خفيفتان على الوقت: الهرولة أو الركض أو الفوتينغ و ركوب الدراجة.
والسؤال هو: أيُّ الرياضتين أفضل بما أن كليهما تشتركان في نفس الجُهد المبذول ونفس السعرات المحروقة تقريبا؟
الجواب حسب الأطباء والمدربين هو أنّ ركوب الدراجة أفضل من الركض لأنها تحافظ على سلامة مفاصل الركبة والكاحل حيث يكون أغلب وزن الإنسان متركّزا على مقعد الدراجة لا على المفصلين الحسّاسين...إذن إقتني دراجة وانطلق .icon30

جميل جدا و شكرا على المعلومات القيمة....لكن ارى ان في تنوع الرياضيات افضل حتى لا يمل الانسان من الرياضة فمن جهة يكتسب فوائد صحية من كل النواحي و من جهة اخرى يستمتع بتنويع الرياضات حتى لا يمل من ممارسة نفس النشاط الرياضي.فيوم كرة و يوم دراجة و يوم سباق و يوم فوتينغ و غيرها من الرياضات المختلفة
