عبد الحكيم بلحاج يؤكد تورط المخابرات البريطانية في ليبيا

قال قيادي إسلامي في ليبيا يزعم أن المخابرات البريطانية سلمته إلى حكومة الزعيم الراحل معمر القذافي ليعذب، إنه التقى بمسؤولين بريطانيين خلال الشهرين الماضيين، لكن المحادثات لم تسفر عن حل للمشكلة. وقال عبد الحكيم بلحاج إن لديه دليلا يثبت تورط المخابرات البريطانية.
وقال بلحاج الذي طالب في نوفمبر باعتذار علني على ما وصفه بست سنوات من التعذيب، إن كل اجتماعاته مع مسؤولين بريطانيين كانت محاولات للتوصل إلى مخرج لهذه القضية أو نتيجة لها، لكن من الناحية العملية لم تظهر أي نتيجة. وأضاف أن لديه دليلا يثبت تورط المخابرات البريطانية وأن ما حدث له كان منافيا للقانون وأنه واثق أن العدل سيأخذ مجراه. وتسبب ظهور بلحاج كزعيم قاد المقاومة ضد القذافي وكشخصية رئيسية في ليبيا بعد سقوط العقيد الراحل في إحراج لندن التي يتهمها بلحاج بتسليمه إلى حكومة القذافي ليتعرض للتعذيب. وفي 12 جانفي أعلنت الشرطة البريطانية أنها ستجري تحقيقا في مزاعم بلحاج. ويقول بلحاج إنه علق من معصميه في السقف وكان يضرب بشكل ممنهج ويجبر على تعاطي المخدرات خلال الوقت الذي قضاه في سجن أبو سليم سيئ السمعة في طرابلس. وعندما سئلت الخارجية البريطانية عن هذه الاتهامات، قالت في رسالة بالبريد الإلكتروني إن دبلوماسيين بريطانيين التقوا ببلحاج بصفته قائدا عسكريا، وتطرق لهذه المزاعم بشأن سوء المعاملة التي تعرض لها. وقالت الرسالة: ”نأخذ كل مزاعم عن إساءة المعاملة على محمل جدي، لكن هذه المسائل محل مراسلات قانونية بين محامي بلحاج ومحامينا ولا يمكننا أن نعلق أكثـر من ذلك”. ورحب بلحاج الذي يقول إنه يقود أكثـر من 25 ألف مقاتل سابق ما زالوا مسلحين، بالتحقيق الذي ستجريه الشرطة البريطانية في قضيته. وأضاف أن الكرة الآن في ملعب جهاز المخابرات الداخلية (ام.آي 5) وجهاز المخابرات الخارجية (ام.آي 6) اللذين واجها لسنوات اتهامات بالتواطؤ في إساءة معاملة محتجزين.
