فرنسا تعاكسُ اقتراحَ أمير قطر للجامعة العربية..و تستبعدُ إرسالَ قواتٍ عربية إلى سوريا

استبعد وزير الخارجية الفرنسي الان جوبيه فكرة قطر بارسال قوات عربية الى سوريا كما تقترح قطر،وذلك في مقابلة نشرتها صحيفة “اوست-فرنسا” الأسبوعية.
ورد جوبيه على سؤال يتعلق بما اذا كان ارسال قوات يشكل خيارا يجري درسه “في الوضع الاقليمي الحالي، لا نعمل على مثل هذا السيناريو”.
ولا يعطي الان جوبيه الأسباب التي تدفع فرنسا الى تبني هذا الموقف، ويكتفي بالاضافة “في المقابل نتحاور مع المعارضة السورية لكي تقيم هيكلية لها وتنفتح على كل الاتجاهات”.
والرفض الفرنسي ينضم الى الموقف الروسي بعد أن كان وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف أكد ان بلاده تعارض احتمال ارسال قوات اجنبية الى سوريا.
وفرنسا وروسيا على خلاف داخل مجلس الامن الدولي، فمنذ اشهر تطالب باريس مجلس الأمن بإدانة القمع في سوريا لكن موسكو تعارض ذلك مهددة باستخدام حق النقض (الفيتو) ضد قرار مماثل.
و أقر جوبيه في المقابلة “نحن اليوم في مأزق، مجلس الأمن مشلول بفعل الموقف المتشدد لروسيا والصين وكذلك بعض الدول الناشئة”.
وكان امير قطر الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني قد أعلن عن اقتراح ستقدمه بلاده للجامعة العربية،لإرسال قوات عربية الى سوريا لوقف اعمال العنف، في اول دعوة من هذا النوع تصدر عن رئيس دولة عربي.
و أكد وزير الخارجية العراقي هوشيبار زيباري وجود المقترح القطري على جدول أعمال الإجتماع المقبل للجامعة العربية،بعد أن تقدمت به الدوحة رسميا.
وبحسب الامم المتحدة، فقد اوقع القمع اكثر من 5400 قتيل في سوريا منذ بداية حركة الاحتجاج في منتصف اذار/مارس.
