Yes,it's absolutely normal that sometimes one may feel

the way you felt.Sometimes we can't know why

So don't worry and I advise you to try to get yourself

out of that by forcing yourself to get in touch with people

and start by your sister.Maybe,at first,it'd be difficult but it'll get easier later
