غلاق موقع التحميل ميجا آبلود [Megaupload] بموجب قرار SOPA

أعلنت السلطات الأمريكية عن ايقاف موقع مشاركة الملفات الشهير الميقا ابلود ، وذكر مكتبة التحقيقات الفيدرالية ان سبب ايقاف الموقع هو لمخالفته القوانين من خلال السماح بالقرصنة ، وقامت السلطات الامريكية بالقبض على مؤسسي الموقع و بعض الموظفين ، ويعد موقع ميقا ابلود من اشهر مواقع مشاركة الملفات وخبر إيقافه سيولد حالة من الخوف بين المواقع الاخرى التي تسمح بمشاركة الملفات


وهذا الخبر قد يعزز المطالبين بتطبيق قانون SOPA المانع لقرصنة الانترنت والذي ترفضه الكثير من المواقع وشركات الانترنت

امريكا بهذا القرار تعلن الحرب على مواقع الرفع وقد اصبحت الكثير منها مهددة بالغلق مثل الميديافير والفورشايرد والرابيد شاير وهذا سيشكل خسارة كبيرة للانترنت

السلام عليكم

أظن أن المسألة هي تصفية حسابات بين بارونات الاعلام في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية .

هذه الشركة يملكها مجموعة من الشباب أي أشخاص عاديين و في آخر تصنيف بلغت قيمة الشركة قرابة 600 مليون دولار و هي قيمة متوسطة نسبيا بالنظر الى الكم الهائل من الرواد و المسجلين في الموقع ... كما أنها رفضت الشراكة مع شركات عملاقة في هذا المجال .

هذا رأيي و ما أراه قد يكون خاطئا .

اريد ان اقول بان شركات الافلام والاغاني وباروناتها هم وراء استصدار هذا الامر وهذا بسبب ما الخسائر التي تأتي من النسخ والقرصنة لموادها
هناك معلومة ان موقع الميقا اوبلد سيقوم بنقل السيرفر الى الصين والله اعلم

بالنسبة للموضوع ، أظن أن هذه الحملة ستمسّ مواقع عديدة .. بسبب الخسارات التي تتلقاها الكثير من الشركات خاصة شركات انتاج الأفلام و الأغاني كما قلت أخ فارس.
