طالبان تتبنى مقتل الجنود الفرنسيين


قالت حركة طالبان الأفغانية اليوم السبت إنها جندت جنديا أفغانيا قتل بالرصاص أربعة جنود فرنسيين في شرق أفغانستان قبل يوم مما دفع فرنسا إلى التهديد بالانسحاب من الحرب التي يقودها حلف شمال الأطلسي هناك.
وقال ذبيح الله مجاهد المتحدث باسم طالبان"إمارة أفغانستان الاسلامية جندت أشخاصا في مواقع مهمة. بعضهم أنجز بالفعل مهامه."
وأضاف قائد من حركة طالبان أن وقائع التسجيل المصور الذي يوضح جنودا من مشاة البحرية الأمريكية وهم يتبولون على جثث تزيد من الدعم الذي تحظى به حركة طالبان بين الأفغان وهدد بشن المزيد من الهجمات.
ووقع الهجوم في اطار تدريب داخل قاعدة غوان في منطقة تقع شرق افغانستان. وقد قتل اربعة جنود فرنسيين وجرح 15 آخرون اصابات ثمانية منهم خطرة، حسبما ذكرت السلطات الفرنسية.
وذكرت مصادر امنية ان الجنود الفرنسيين "لم يكونوا مسلحين" ولا يرتدون سترات واقية من الرصاص وكانوا يشاركون في تدريب رياضي، حينما قتلوا برصاص زميل لهم من القوات الافغانية ما ابرز الصعوبات التي تواجه القوات الاجنبية مع استعدادها للانسحاب من افغانستان.

ويمثل تدريب الجنود والشرطيين الافغان اساس استراتيجية الحلف الاطلسي الذي يريد نقل مسؤولية الامن للقوات الافغانية بحلول نهاية 2014 للتمكن من سحب القوات الدولية.

واعربت وزيرة الخارجية الاميركية هيلاري كلينتون عن تشككها في ان فرنسا ستسرع سحب قواتها من افغانستان، مؤكدة تعاطفها مع "ما جرى للجنود الفرنسيين".
وخلال مؤتمر صحافي في واشنطن الى جانب وزير الخارجية الالماني غيدو فسترفيلي، قالت كلينتون "لقد كان امرا بشعا وبالطبع اقدر المشاعر القوية التي يتم التعبير عنها".
واضافت "نحن على اتصال وثيق بزملائنا الفرنسيين وليس لدينا ما يحملنا على الاعتقاد ان فرنسا لن تبقى جزءا من العملية الانتقالية الحساسة بينما نحن بصدد الخروج (من افغانستان) حسبما جرى الاتفاق في لشبونة".
يذكر ان قادة بلدان الحلف الاطلسي اقروا في لشبونة في العشرين من نوفمبر 2010 خطة لسحب القوات مع بدء تسليم المهام الامنية الى القوات الافغانية بهدف الوصول الى التسليم الكامل بنهاية 2014.
وكان متحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع الاميركية قد صرح في وقت سابق الجمعة ان انسحابا مبكرا للقوات الفرنسية قبل موعد 2014 هو "قرار يعود فقط للحكومة الفرنسية"، ولو ذكر بأهمية المهام المتعلقة بتدريب القوات الافغانية.
واوضح الكابتن جون كيربي في تصريحات للصحافيين "انه قرار يعود امر اتخاذه حصرا للحكومة الفرنسية. وهي التي تقرر بشأن مشاركتها او تعديلها كما تراه مناسبا".
غير ان كيربي اضاف "ان مهمة التدريب (للقوات الافغانية) مهمة وحيوية لنجاحنا وقدرتنا على ضمان نقل السلطات بحلول 2014".
من جهته قال اللفتنانت كولونيل ميشال ساباتييه متحدثا عن القوات الفرنسية في افغانستان ان "الجنود الفرنسيين كانوا يشاركون في تدريبات الصباح حينما اطلق الجندي الافغاني النار".
كما رد مسؤول امني العدد الكبير من القتلى والجرحى واصاباتهم الخطيرة الى ان الجنود كانوا بحكم عملهم يعيشون جنبا الى جنب مع زملائهم الافغان وكانوا غير مسلحين ولا يرتدون السترات الواقية حينما تعرضوا للهجوم.

ويذكر هذا الهجوم بهجوم 29 ديسمبر حين قتل عنصران فرنسيان برصاص جندي من الجيش الوطني الافغاني الذي يقومون بتدريبه في ولاية كابيسا بشمال شرق كابول، المنطقة التي يتسلل اليها عناصر طالبان ويوجد فيها وادي تقب.
وبذلك يرتفع الى 82 عدد العسكريين الفرنسيين الذين قتلوا في افغانستان منذ بدء النزاع في 2001 وإلى ستة عدد القتلى في اقل من شهر.
وفرنسا التي تنشر حاليا 3600 جندي في البلاد بعد سحب 400 عسكري منذ اكتوبر، سجلت في العام 2011 اعلى خسائر لها منذ بدء النزاع مع مقتل 26 جنديا في عمليات بينهم خمسة في هجوم انتحاري في 13 جويلية.
وبعد القرار الذي اعلنه الرئيس الافغاني في نهاية نوفمبر بنقل المسؤولية الامنية في اقليم سورابي (شرق كابول) الى القوات الافغانية، ركز الفرنسيون جهودهم في كابيسا حيث سجلوا اعلى خسائرهم في 2011.
ويقوم الفرنسيون بتدريب الجيش الافغاني الذي يفترض ان يتسلم المهام الامنية من قوة الحلف الاطلسي بعد رحيل القوات الدولية المرتقب في 2014.
