النظام السوري يبتز المراقبين العرب بالصور والنساء

كشف المراقب الجزائري المنسحب من بعثة مراقبي الجامعة العربية إلى سوريا، أنور مالك، أن المخابرات السورية زرعت كاميرات خاصة لتصوير المراقبين العرب داخل حماماتهم الخاصة لابتزازهم بالصور، كما أرسلت نساء إلى غرف المراقبين للإيقاع بهم وتصويرهم في أوضاع مخلة. وقال إنه على ثقة أن بعض المراقبين تورطوا في أخطاء.

وقال مالك إن المخابرات السورية أرسلت إليه صورا خاصة لابتزازه عبر بريده الإلكتروني، مطالبا بسحب بعثة المراقبين لأنهم يعملون في ظروف وأوضاع لا تمكنهم من تنفيذ البروتوكول الخاص بمهمتهم.

وأفاد أن المراقبين لم تتوفر لهم أية آليات للانتقال إلى مواقع الأحداث إلا عبر الأجهزة الأمنية السورية التي كانت تتلكأ في التعامل مع الكثير من طلبات الانتقال لعدة ساعات، فضلا عن اضطرار المراقبين إلى الاعتماد على هواتفهم الشخصية.

وذكر أن الأوضاع في سوريا ليست في حاجة إلى مراقبين محليين، بل إلى مراقبين دوليين أو لجنة تحقيق دولية، مؤكدا على أن سوريا لم تسحب المظاهر العسكرية من المدن، فضلا عن استمرار قصف وحصار المناطق السكنية.

وأوضح أن رئيس بعثة المراقبين العرب صار بعد وصوله بعدة أيام إلى سوريا يتحدث إلى المسؤولين السوريين كالحمل الوديع بدون أسباب واضحة.

وقال إنه لم يشاهد صحفيا في حمص إلا من القنوات التلفزيونية التابعة للنظام السوري، وإن المسؤولين رفضوا السماح للمراقبين حتى بمتابعة القنوات التلفزيونية العربية داخل غرفهم.

وإلى ذلك، أكد برهان غليون رئيس المجلس الوطني الحر أن مهمة البعثة فشلت في سوريا بسبب نقص عدد المراقبين وانعدام تدريبهم وعدم توفر آلية للتحقق من الخروقات.

وقال إن الأعمال التي يقوم بها الجيش السوري الحر ليست عنفا، وإنما دفاعا عن المواطنين ضد العنف الذي تمارسه الدولة.

وطالب بعدم التمديد لبعثة المراقبين، واعتبر أن الخطوة يمكن أن تكون بمثابة حبل نجاة للنظام.
