تغيير حكومي بعد اختتام العهدة التشريعية في 2 فيفري

ذكرت مصادر مطلعة، أن الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة تريث في الإعلان عن تغيير حكومي إلى مابعد 2 فيفري المقبل، تاريخ اختتام الدورة الخريفية للبرلمان ونهاية العهدة التشريعية الحالية، على أن يستدعي الهيئة الناخبة في 3 فيفري، ويعلن عن حكومة تكنوقراطية جديدة في نفس اليوم، تتولى الإشراف على أول انتخابات مابعد الإصلاحات السياسية والتشريعية التي باشرتها الجزائر في أفريل الماضي بإشراف قضائي.
وقالت المصادر إن الرئيس تريث في الإعلان عن التشكيلة الحكومية التكنوقراطية، إلى ما بعد انتهاء الدورة الخريفية للبرلمان واختتام العهدة التشريعية “2007/2012” التي ستكون بتاريخ 2 فيفري المقبل، وهو الموعد الذي اعتاد حضوره الوزير الأول مرفوقا بكل طاقمه التنفيذي إلى مقر مجلس الأمة، ثم المجلس الشعبي الوطني، ويكون الرئيس بوتفليقة، حسب نفس المصادر، أرجأ الإعلان عن حكومة تكنوقراط تنهي هيمنة التحالف الرئاسي ممثلا في جبهة التحرير الوطني والتجمع الوطني الديمقراطي، بعد خروج حركة مجتمع السلم إلى مابعد انتهاء الدورة التشريعية الحالية. وحسب نفس المصادر فإنه من المرتقب أن يقوم الرئيس بوتفليقة بتاريخ 03 فيفري باستدعاء الهيئة الناخبة في خطاب للأمة، على أن يعلن في نفس اليوم التشكيلة الحكومية الجديدة وهي تشكيلة تكنوقراط مهامها إدارة الانتخابات التشريعية المقررة في 17 ماي المقبل ، وستكون هذه الانتخابات لأول مرة تحت إشراف قضائي بموجب مشاريع قوانين الإصلاحات السياسية والتشريعية التي دخلت حيز التنفيذ وفي مقدمتها قانون الأحزاب.
وبحسب ماسربته العديد من المصادر، فإن وزير الموارد المائية عبد المالك سلال من بين أبرز الأسماء المرشحة لقيادة الجهاز التنفيذي المقبل، كما تسرب عن رغبة الرئيس في تعيين وزير الشؤون الخارجية مراد مدلسي الى جانب مستشاره المكلف بحقوق الإنسان محمد علي بوغازي، الذي أدار إلى جانب رئيس مجلس الأمة عبد القادر بن صالح والجنرال محمد تواتي جلسات المشاورات السياسية مع الأحزاب والشخصيات الوطنية على مدار 40 يوما.
