البقاء للأصلح

متى تفهم الانظمة العربية والاحزاب السياسية هذا؟
كل شيء يتغير في هذه الدنيا. قديما كان البقاء للأقوى، وربما ما زال البعض يعتقد أنه ما زال موجودا إلا أن القانون الجديد يقول أن البقاء للأصلح. في ديننا الحنيف هذه القاعدة موجودة منذ القدم، إلا أن انتشار هذه القاعدة في مجال الحياة العملية أصبح لا تخطئه عين.


فشل مصطلح البقاء للأقوى بعدما علم الإنسان أنه ليس بالقوة وحدها يحيا الإنسان. فكثيرا ما أزعجت ذبابة صغيرة جدا إنسانا طويلا قويا عريض المنكبين شلولخ. وجاءت الأسلحة القوية الفتاكة صغيرة الحجم للتغلب على الإنسان والآلات الضخمة. ثم جاء بعد ذلك مصطلح "البقاء للأذكى" وذلك حينما سعى الإنسان لاستثمار الذكاء في خلق حياة أفضل تعتمد على المعرفة. وبالفعل أثبتت التجربة أن الأذكياء أوفر حظا في اجتياز المحن والمشكلات وظهرت الدول المتطورة علميا على أنها الأذكى. لكن العالم يتغير ويصبح تعريف من هو الذكي في غير محل اتفاق. والمشكلة الأكبر في مصطلح "البقاء للأذكى" أن الذكي البارع في حل المشكلات، أصيب بحالة من الهوس الفكري وجعل البحث العلمي هو السبيل، ساحقا تحت قدمه أخلاقيات كثيرة.

أما مصطلح البقاء للأصلح فهو حالة تمزج بين مصطلح القوي والذكي والصالح. أي أنه ليس بالقوة يحيا الإنسان وليس بالذكاء وحده يحيى الإنسان بل يحتاج إلى حالة من التبادل في المصالح المتبادلة بين صفاته الإنسانية إذن فالحكمة مرحلة متقدمة عن الذكاء.
.ادْعُ إِلَى سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ وَجَادِلْهُمْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ ضَلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ ...

لذلك فمصطلح البقاء للأصلح يقدم حلولا لمشكلة البقاء في هذا الصراع المحتدم في ميادين الحياة. هذا يعني أن الشباب اليوم مطالبون بأن يبذلوا جهودا أكبر في إصلاح أنفسهم من أجل البقاء! جميل جدا أن يرتبط بقاؤك حيا بمقدار صلاحيتك الديناميكية. وقد تقدم الغرب في هذا المضمار كثيرا. حيث أن التكافؤ الوظيفي والعدالة الاجتماعية وتساوي الفرص جعلت المنافسة تتم فقط عبر الميزات التي يقدمها الشاب إلى نفسه وإلى المجتمع. فلا الواسطة ولا المعارف الشخصية تنفع في التوظيف. الذي يحدد ذلك هو مقدار اجتهادك في بناء نفسك وتطوير قدراتك هو الذي يحكم عليك بالحياة أو الموت الديناميكي.

من الواضح أن العالم كله يتجه إلى المعيار الجديد (البقاء للأصلح)، لهذا فكل منا حاكما أو محكوم يحتاج إلى تدريب نفسه على مهارات الحياة الجديدة مثل الإدارة والقيادة والاتصال الفعال، والعمل في فريق، وهذا يأتي من خلال التعلم المستمر والقراءة والاحتكاك بالآخرين والتجارب الإنسانية وغيرها من الأدوات. بدون هذه (الإضافات) الحديثة إلى مفهوم البقاء سوف نصبح (نسخة قديمة).
