سر ردآء المحــــــــــآمـآة الأسود

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته





في عام 1791 و بالتحديد في فرنسا

كان أحد القضاة الفرنسيون جالسا في شرفة منزله يستنشق الهواء و بالصدفة شاهد مشاجرة بين شخصين انتهت بقتل احدهما و هرب الشخص القاتل ...

فأسرع احد الاشخاص الى مكان الجريمه و اخذ القتيل وذهب به إلى المستشفى لإسعافه و لكنه كان قد لفظ أنفاسه الاخيره و مات
فإتهمت الشرطة الشخص المنقذ وكان بريئا من هذه التهمة و للأسف فقد كان القاضي هو الذي سيحكم في القضية

و حيث أن القانون الفرنسي لا يعترف إلاّ بالدلائل و القرائن . فقد حكم القاضي على الشخص البرئ بالإعدام .
على الرغم من أن القاضي نفسه هو شاهد على الجريمة التي وقعت أمام منزله
و بمرور الايام ظل القاضي يؤنب نفسه المعذبة بهذا الخطأ الفادح
و لكي يرتاح من عذاب الضمير . إعترف امام الرأي العام بأنه اخطأ في هذه القضية
و حكم على شخص برئ بالاعدام
فثار الرأي العام ضده و اتهمه بأنه ليس عنده امانة ولا ضمير
و ذات يوم اثناء النظر في أحد القضايا و كان هذا القاضي هو نفسه رئيس المحكمة فوجد المحامي الذي وقف أمامه لكي يترافع في القضية مرتدياً ثوب اسود
فسأله القاضي : لماذا ترتدي هذا الثوب الاسود؟
فقال له المحامي: لكي اذكرك بما فعلته من قبل و حكمت ظلماً على شخص برئ بالأعدام

و منذ تلك الواقعه أصبح الثوب الأسود هو الزي الرسمي في مهنة المحآمآة و من فرنسا إنتقل الى سائر دول العالــم
