قطر وإسرائيل تعقدان أول مؤتمر حول الربيع العربي في تل أبيب

أكدت تقارير بريطانية، صدرت أمس، أن قطر وإسرائيل اتفقتا على عقد مؤتمر مشترك هو الأول من نوعه بعاصمة الكيان الصهيوني، يتناول موضوع الربيع العربي وإرهاصاته على إسرائيل. وسيحمل المؤتمر شعار ”في عين العواصف، إسرائيل والشرق الأوسط”، وذلك لبحث ودراسة حلول لأبرز التحديات التي تواجه إسرائيل إقليميا بعد وصول موجة الربيع إلى سوريا ذات الموقع الجيواستراتيجي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وهو المؤتمر الذي سيفتتح جلساته الرئيس الإسرائيلي شمعون بيريز.
أكدت التقارير أن الباحث والخبير الاستراتيجي القطري سلمان الشيخ، عضو مركز ”بروكينغز” للدراسات الاستراتيجية الذي مقره العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، وهو المركز الذي يعتبر من أهم المقربين إلى أمير قطر الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثان ومن الشيخة موزة المسند زوجة أمير قطر، سيكون ممثلا عن قطر في المؤتمر الذي سيعقد قريبا في عاصمة الكيان الصهيوني تل أبيب.
ومن المقرر أن يعقد المؤتمر ضمن فعاليات المؤتمر الثاني عشر في هرتزليا، والذي سيشارك فيه معظم الخبراء المهتمين بأمن إسرائيل، ويتضمن جانبا سياسيا استراتيجيا وجانبا اقتصاديا، ووسط موجة من احتجاجات الفلسطينيين المنددين بمشاركة قطر، حيث يرون في مشاركة قطر في هذا المؤتمر تطبيعا مع الكيان الصهيوني وخدمة مجانية لإسرائيل، من خلال تقديم أوراق بحثية حول الدول العربية والأوضاع الداخلية في العالم العربي. وينظم المؤتمر عدة حلقات عمل برعاية الملياردير اليهودي داني روتشبلد، وتتناول الندوات مواضيع عدة حول الشرق الأوسط الجديد، والدبلوماسية الإسرائيلية وسينارويات مواجهة إسرائيل لمد التيارات الإسلامية في العالم العربي.
من جهته، فقد علل الخبير القطري سلمان الشيخ مشاركته في المؤتمر بأنها خطوة هامة من أجل مواجهة الكيان الإسرائيلي فكريا، مشيرا إلى أن مشاركته تأتي بدافع من الغيرة على الوطن العربي وليس للتطبيع مع إسرائيل، كما أشار في تصريحات نقلتها عنه هيئة الإذاعة البريطانية: ”الدول العربية تمر بمرحلة انتقالية وقطر وجدت نفسها تتمتع بالقدرة الكافية على قيادة الدول العربية سيما من ناحية المال”.
