بارك الله فيك الاخ لغريب بحثت عنها كثيرا ...قراءة الإتفاقية بتأني امر مهم للغاية جذبتني هاته الفقرة لا يمكن مضايقة أي فرد أو البحث عنه أو تتبعه أو الحكم عليه أو إنزال عقاب به أو إتخاذ إجراء تأديبي ضده أو أي إجراء معين للأحداث التي وقعت في الجزائر من أول نوفمبر 1954 حتى إعلان وقف إطلاق النار، لايمكن مضايقة أي فرد أو البحث عنه أو تتبعه أو الحكم عليه أو إنزال عقاب به أو إتخاذ إجراء تأديبي ضده أو إجراء معين، بسبب آراء الشخص أو العبارات التي تفوه بها بخصوص الأحداث التي وقعت منذ أول نوفمبر 1954 حتى يوم إستفتاء تقرير المصير.

هذه الإتفاقية مهمة جدا ومازالت بعض بنودها ملزمة لغاية اليوم و معرفة بنودها ضروري لقراءة الأحداث.
و هذا البند محوري في الإتفاقية...ومازلنا نعاني آثاره.

السلام عليكم
أرى أن كل ما جاء في هذه الإتفاقية قد أخذ في التلاشي منذ الوهلة الإولى للإستقلال( اللهم إلا ذلك الذي لا يعلن عادة للعامة) .
لكن الغريب في الأمر أن بعض بنودها أراه يتجسد شيئا فشيئا في السنوات الأخيرة.
كـــــــ : لا يجوز التمييز في المعاملة إزاء الأموال التي تخص الجزائريين الخاضعين للقانون المدني العام، خاصة في أحوال الإستلاء والتأميم والإصلاح الزراعي وفرض الضرائب بتبع أي إنتزاع للملكية بتعويض عادل محدد من قبل.

تضمن الجزائر حرية المعتقدات وحرية إقامة الشعائر الكاثوليكية، والبروتستانية واليهودية وتكفل لهذه الطوائف حرية تنظيمها وممارستها لعقائدها وحرية تعلمها هذه العقائد، كما تكفل حرمة أماكن العبادة.

يقال أن كان فيها بنود سرية لم يعلن عنها لليوم ومنها التجارب النووية برقان التي إستمرت حتى الثمانينات-حسب ما يشاع-
