القانون يشترط عضوين من 16 ولاية

ويتم تزكية حوالي 100 مندوب من كل ولاية ال 16

هيا بنا نضع الرغبة في تأسيس الحزب الجديد

انه رجل جاء في زمن غير زمانه حيث كثر الغدر والخيانة من الرفقاء والاقربون
لقد انسحب من الحياة السياسية وقال هذا زمن الرداءة ولي الردائة اهلها
لقد عاش ومرض وعالج ومات في الجزائر ولم يذهب الى مستشفيات فافا
لقد اعترف بالهزيمة في الانتخابات التي فازت بها جبهة الانقاذ وقلائل من يعترفون بالهزيمة
لقد كان من الموقعين على عقد روما من اجل الحل السلمي للأزمة
لم يلحس احذية السلطة الخفية من اجل البقاء في المنصب ونسحب بشرف
