تستعد السلطات الليبية لتسليم نجل الزعيم الليبي ‬المغتال سيف الإسلام القذافي ‬للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية بلاهاي ‬لمثوله أمامها بتهمة المشاركة في ‬جرائم حرب وإبادة ضد المدنيين رفقة والده وقائد المخابرات الليبية وعدد من المسؤولين العسكريين في ‬النظام الليبي ‬السابق حسب المذكرة الصادرة في ‬حقهم بعد اندلاع ثورة 17 ‬فبراير. ‬وتأتي ‬هذه الخطوة بعد أسبوع من انقضاء المهلة التي ‬حددها مكتب المدعي ‬العام لمحكمة الجنايات الدولية وأعضاء المجلس الانتقالي ‬الليبي ‬للفصل في ‬تسليم نجل القذافي، ‬سيف الإسلام، ‬المعتقل لدى الثوار والذي ‬تطالب لاهاي ‬باستلامه للمثول أمامها بعدة تهم، ‬وكانت طرابلس قد طلبت مهلة ثلاثة أسابيع للرد على طلب المدعي ‬العام، ‬غير أن المهلة مرت دون إجابة من ليبيا بحجة تدهور الوضع الأمني ‬الذي ‬شهدته منطقة بني ‬وليد وتأجيل انعقاد اجتماع المجلس الانتقالي ‬إلى ‬غاية الأحد للفصل في ‬العديد من القضايا منها تسليم سيف الإسلام لمحكمة لاهاي ‬بهولندا. ‬غير أن مصادر أرجعت التأخر والتماطل في ‬تسليم سيف الاسلام إلى محاولة المجلس الانتقالي ‬ربح الوقت وإنهاء التحقيق مع أكبر رموز النظام السابق في ‬العديد من القضايا أهمها الكشف عن كنوز العقيد معمر القذافي ‬المقدرة بملايير الدولارات والمخبأة في ‬أماكن سرية، ‬حيث قالت مصادر في ‬وزارة الداخلية الليبية أن سيف الإسلام قد زار خلال الأيام الماضية منطقة باب العزيزية بطرابلس للكشف عن مكان أموال كان ‬يخبئها العقيد القذافي ‬في ‬مقره، ‬وتمكنت السلطات من استرجاع العشرات من الملايين في ‬إحدى الأماكن السرية داخل باب العزيزية لا ‬يعرفها سوى العقيد نفسه ونجله سيف الإسلام ورئيس المخابرات الليبية السابق عبدالله السنوسي. ‬
