أبت إلا أن يكون حراما!!

إستأمن عليّ بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه رجُلاً على دابّته التي تركها عند باب المسجد مقابل درهمين كان ينوي إعطاءه إياها نظير أمانته، لكن الرجل سرق اللجام وترك الدّابة ليجدها عليٌّ بعد خروجه وهي بلا لجام ولا حارس، فذهب إلى السوق واشترى نفس لجام دابّته المسروق، بعد أن باعه المُؤتمنُ الخائنُ هناك وبنفس الثمن الذي كان سيقبضه من عند عليّ لو أنّه حفظ الأمانة وحرس الدابّة وترك اللجام في محلّه...
قد لا تكون هذه القصة مؤكدة في إسنادها إلى سيّدنا عليّ،لكنها تذكرني بحادثة أغرب وأعجب تحدث في عصرنا هذا، وفي بلدنا هذا...
حادثة يتشابه بطلُها مع بطل قصّة اللجام في إستعجال الرزق الحرام وإحلاله محلّ الحلال...
الحادثة التي أعنيها هي نكتة دعم الدولة لتشغيل الشباب عن طريق تقديم القروض الربوية لمن يريد فتح باب الرزق على نفسه ، مع تحمُّل بطل قصّتنا ( الدولة) للفوائد المترتبة عن القروض التي تمنحُها البنوك لإنجاز مشاريع الشباب البطّال.
الغريبُ في القصّة هو أنّ الدولة تدفعُ عن الشاب المُقترض مبلغا مُعيّنا في وجهٍ مُحرّم، ، على الرغم من أنها تستطيع بطريقة ما ( قليل من التفكير والنية الحسنة يكفي لإيجاد هذه الطريقة) أن تمنح هذا المبلغ للشاب مباشرة كقرض حسن أو كمنحة لإنجاز مشروعه وجعل الباب الذي يفتحه للرزق حلالا زلالا دون شبهة ولا ريبة، ولكنها تأبى إلا أن يكون باب الرزق الذي تزعم فتحه للشباب حراما، فهل بعد هذا ما ينفي تشابه مؤتمن عليّ بمؤتمن الشعب الجزائري؟...

من المساهمة في الفعاليات الاقتصادية للبلد و ابقاء
الوضع على حاله لان مافيا المال و السياسة هي الكل
في الكل عندنا و كما قال احدهم لقد تحولت الحكومة
عندنا الى مجرد مؤسسة عمومية للتصدير و الاستيراد
و في الحقيقة هناك بنوك تتعامل بالاساليب غير ربوية
يعني اسلامية كما هو الحال عندنا بنك البركة حيث
ان طريقة التعامل تتمثل في اعادة بيع المنتوج الى الزبون
يعني مثلا شاب اراد ان يقيم مشروعا و بحاجة الى التجهيز
فيشتري البنك ما يريد دلك الشاب ب 50 مليون سنتيم مثلا
فيقوم البنك ببيع دلك المنتوج الى الشاب ب 65 مليون سنتيم
مع الاتفاق على التقسيط في الدفع على مده زمنية لشهور او سنوات
و تلاحظ ان الربا لا يوجد في مثل هده المعاملة لان البنك استعمل راسماله
في العملية اي مثل التاجر الدي يشتري السلعة ليجلبها الى محله و يعيد
بيعها للناس ...بارك الله على المبادرة
