باكستان تدعم حركة طالبان أفغانستان سرا

تقرير للحلف الأطلسي يشير إلى دعم باكستان لحركة طالبان أفغانستان سرا


افاد تقرير سري للحلف الاطلسي سربته اثنتان من وسائل الاعلام البريطانية اليوم الاربعاء ان الاستخبارات الباكستانية تدعم حركة طالبان افغانستان سرا، وهو ما سارعت الحكومة الباكستانية الى نفيه.
وأعد التقرير حول "وضع طالبان" والذي حصلت ال"بي بي سي" وصحيفة "ذي تايمز" على نسخة منه انطلاقا من بيانات تم الحصول عليها من متمردين موقوفين واحيل الى قيادة الحلف الاطلسي في افغانستان الشهر الماضي .
وكشف التقرير ان الحكومة والاستخبارات في باكستان تعرفان اماكن اقامة كبار القياديين في حركة طالبان.

واوضحت ال"بي بي سي" ان الوثيقة اعدت بالاستناد الى 27 الف استجواب لاكثر من اربعة آلاف معتقل من حركة طالبان وتنظيم القاعدة ومقاتلين ومدنيين اجانب.
ويقول التقرير ان "ضباط جهاز الاستخبارات الداخلي يدعمون استمرار الجهاد وطرد المحتلين الاجانب من افغانستان".
وتعتمد حركة طالبان تكتيكا معتادا يقضي بالانسحاب من بعض المناطق بانتظار ان تغادرها قوات الحلف الاطلسي ثم العودة الى الاماكن التي يحظون فيها بشعبية مقارنة بحكومة كابول التي يعتبرها الكثير من الافغان فاسدة، بحسب التقرير.
واشارت ذا تايمز الى ان التقرير اكد ان "طالبان تلقت بالطبع ضربات قاسية عام 2011 لكن قوتها وتمويلها وقدرتها ما زالت على حالها".
وقال المتحدث باسم البنتاغون جورج ليتل "لم نطلع على التقرير ولا يسعنا بالتالي الادلاء بتعليقات محددة حول مضمونه".

واضاف "منذ فترة طويلة ونحن مشغولون بالعلاقات بين عناصر من الاستخبارات الداخلية الباكستانية وبعض الشبكات المتطرفة".
ولفت تقرير الحلف الاطلسي في خاتمته الى ان العام 2011 شهد تضاعف شعبية قضية طالبان بما في ذلك بين صفوف اعضاء الحكومة الافغانية. واكد ان "الكثير من الافغان يستعدون لاحتمال عودة طالبان".
واكدت "ذا تايمز" في افتتاحية ان باكستان "تعرقل بفعالية المصالحة" بين طالبان وكابول.
وقالت الصحيفة "ان اسلام اباد تبدو منخرطة في جهود منظمة لزعزعة حكومة (الرئيس الافغاني) حميد كرزاي قبل انسحاب القوات الغربية ومساعدة كل من يهاجم ويقتل قواتها".
وتابعت "تبدو الاستخبارات الباكستانية بعد قراءة الوثيقة اكثر مقيتة من طالبان نفسها" لافتة الى ان الجهاز الباكستاني النافذ يسعى بقوة الى السيطرة على افغانستان في المستقبل.
الا ان اسلام اباد رفضت التقرير اليوم الاربعاء واعتبرت ان المعلومات التي اوردها "تافهة" و"لا تستحق التعليق عليها".
وصرح المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الباكستانية عبد الباسط "كل هذه المسألة تافهة، ان اردنا التحدث باعتدال. ان سياستنا تقوم على عدم التدخل في افغانستان ونحن نتوقع من الدول الاخرى ان تلتزم بهذا المبدا".
واضاف "كما اننا ندعم عملية المصالحة التي يقودها الافغان في بلادهم. لقد عانت باكستان طويلا من النزاع الافغاني المتواصل، ولذلك من مصلحتنا رؤية افغانستان مستقرة تعيش بسلام، ونحن مدركون لذلك الى اقصى الحدود".
وصرح مسؤول امني باكستاني رفيع المستوى ان "التقرير لم ينشر (رسميا)، وهذه ليست الا تسريبات لا تستحق التعليق عليها".
