فرقة إسرائيلية للتغلغل بالدول
قالت صحيفة ذي إندبندنت إن إسرائيل أعدت وحدة خاصة لتنفيذ مهمات في عمق أراضي العدو، وسط إجماع متزايد في الدوائر الحكومية الإسرائيلية بأن الضربات العسكرية يجب أن تبقى في الحسبان إذا ما فشلت العقوبات الاقتصادية في وقف برنامج إيران النووي.

وأوضحت أن إعداد "فرقة العمق" التي تهدف إلى التنسيق لشن عمليات تغلغل في دول أخرى، يأتي في الوقت الذي تقر فيه وزارة الدفاع بزيادة العمليات الإسرائيلية السرية خلال العام الماضي.
وتركز الفرقة التي يرأسها اللواء شاي أفيتال بأمر من قائد ما يسمى بجيش الدفاع، على العمل السري.
ويؤكد مسؤولون في وزارة الدفاع أن الهدف ليس إيران على وجه الخصوص، بل هناك حاجة إلى التنسيق في العديد من الواجبات.
وكانت إيران قد زعمت مرارا أن عملاء إسرائيليين وأميركيين وبريطانيين يتحملون مسؤولية اغتيال ستة من علمائها الذين شاركوا في برنامجها النووي، وهو ما نفته لندن وواشنطن، في حين رفضت تل أبيب التعليق عليه.
ونسبت ذي إندبندنت إلى وزير الشؤون الاستخبارية والنووية دان ميريدور قوله إن إسرائيل ستراقب آثار العقوبات على إيران -بما في ذلك الحظر على النفط- التي فرضها الإتحاد الأوربي والإجراءات العقابية الأخرى التي اتخذتها الولايات المتحدة الأميركية بحق طهران.
وأشارت إلى أنه رغم حديث المسؤولين الإسرائيليين علنا عن استعدادهم لانتظار ما ستفضي إليه العقوبات، فإن ثمة من يؤكد سرا أن تلك العقوبات لا تستطيع أن تثني إيران عن طموحاتها النووية.
ويقول مسؤولون إسرائيليون إن أي عمل عسكري يجب أن يجري مع نهاية صيف هذا العام لمنع إيران من إخفاء قدراتها النووية تحت الأرض.
