نعيش هذه الرحلة الطيبة مع أسرار جديدة لعبادة رائعة هي الصيام، وما كشفه العلماء وفق آخر الأبحاث والدراسات....

عندما يصل المرض إلى مرحلة اليأس أو الاستعصاء على الأطباء فإن أفضل وسيلة هي اللجوء إلى الدواء المجاني المضمون... وهو الصوم! فقد وجد الباحثون في أسرار الشفاء حقائق جديدة تكشف فوائد الصوم اللامحدودة، وخصصوا المشافي المتطورة التي تعالج بنظام دوائي يعتمد الصوم أساساً للشفاء الناجع. وسوف نوجز أهم النتائج التي وصل إليها الأطباء والمتخصصون حديثاً في نقاط محددة:
1- فقد أظهرت الأبحاث الميدانية التي أجريت على أعداد كبيرة من المرضى أن الصوم يعالج السرطان ويوقف نمو الخلايا السرطانية ويثبط العوامل التي تحدث خلالاً في نظام عمل الخلايا. ولذلك ينصح الأطباء بضرورة الصيام كعلاج وقائي لمنع تحول الخلايا السليمة إلى خلايا مسرطنة. وقد لوحظ أن نسبة الإصابة بالسرطان بين الصائمين ولاسيما الصيام على الطريقة الإسلامية أقل بكثير ممن سواهم، فسبحان الله!
2- مع تطور التكنولوجيا وما تحمله من تلوث بالسموم وتلوث ضوئي وتلوث صوتي بسبب الضجيج والإضاءة الزائدة في الليل .. فإن العلماء اكتشفوا سراً جديداً لطرد السموم من الجسم من دون آثار جانبية، فقط بممارسة الصوم لأيام متعددة! فالجراحون يعجزون عن إزالة السموم المتراكمة في كل خلية من خلايا الجسم (لأن الجسم يحوي آلاف الملايين من الخلايا بل أكثر)، وهنا يأتي الصيام ليقوم بمهمة تنظيف الخلايا بشكل آمن وسليم ودون أضرار، وها سر من أسرار الصوم.
3- من منا لا يعاني من هموم تتراكم في هذا العصر بسبب المشاكل المادية والنفسية والاجتماعية ومشاكل أفرزتها العولمة وتأثير الفضائيات والحروب وغيرها؟ إن المشاكل النفسية فقط تكلف الاقتصاد الأمريكي مليارات الدولارات سنوياً دون فائدة أو علاج! وسبحان الله، يؤكد العلماء وبمختلف اختصاصاتهم النفسية والتربوية والاجتماعية أن للصوم تأثير مذهل في تأمين الاستقرار النفسي وعلاج كثير من المشاكل الاجتماعية والأسرية!
4- مرض العصر حالياً هو البدانة أو الوزن الزائد والذي يؤدي إلى أمراض خطيرة مثل أمراض القلب وضغط الدم والسكري والكولسترول وأمراض العمود الفقري، وهذه الأمراض أو بعضها يعاني منها أكثر من نصف المجتمع!!! وعلى الرغم من تطور وسائل العلاج إلا أن الأطباء يؤكدون وبشدة أو الصوم هو العلاج الوحيد الناجع لجميع هذه الأمراض... فسبحان الله!
5- الصوم علاج فعال لكثير من العادات السيئة التي تفتك بالمجتمع، مثل التدخين والمخدرات وتعاطي الكحول وكثرة النظر إلى المحرمات... وسبحان الله، لا نعجب إذا علمنا أن الأطباء من غير المسلمين يؤكدون أن الطريقة المثالية للتخلص من هذه العادات السيئة هو الصوم!
6- يعاني كثير من الشباب في عصرنا هذا من عدم القدرة على الزواج بسبب تعقيدات المجتمع وعدم تطبيق المبادئ الإسلامية التي تقضي بتيسير أمر الزواج، ولذلك يعاني الباب من ضغوط عاطفية قد تقودهم للفاحشة. ويؤكد المختصون أن تقليل الطعام والشراب (ويفضل الصيام) لأن الجوع والعطش يصرف تفكير الشاب عن الأشياء المحرمة ويقلل من إفراز الهرمونات المسؤولة عن ذلك فيشعر الصائم بسعادة وراحة نفسية لا توصف!
7- هناك اكتشاف علمي جديد ومؤكد حيث أثبت العلماء أن الصيام يطيل عمر الخلايا ويرفع من النظام المناعي وبالتالي فالصائمون يعيشون معدلات عمر أعلى من غيرهم! وهذا من عجائب الصوم وأسراره التي تدعو المؤمن لتذوق حلاوة الصيام ولاسيما في شهر رمضان المبارك. إن رفع مستويات الطاقة الفعالة لدى الصائم نتيجة الامتناع عن الطعام والشراب، وزيادة قدرة الخلايا المناعية على أداء عملها وتنشيط النظام المناعي... يعني أمراً مهماً وهو قدرة جسد الصائم على علاج كافة الأمراض بلا استثناء، فسبحان الله!
وأخيراً ... مهما بحثنا في أسرار الصوم لا ننتهي... ومهما عددنا فوائد الصيام لا نحصيها، ومهما درسنا منافع هذه العبادة والخير الكثير الذي يأتي بسببها لا يمكن أن نعددها... ولكن البيان الإلهي يلخص لنا كل هذه الفوائد بكلمات بليغة ورائعة يقول فيها تبارك وتعالى مخاطباً البشر جميعاً: (وَأَنْ تَصُومُوا خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ) [البقرة: 184].
