قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ( صنفان من أهل النار لم أرهما رجال بأيديهم سياط كأذناب البقر يضربون بها الناس ونساء كاسيات عاريات مائلات مميلات رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت المائلة لا يدخلن الجنة ولا يجدن ريحها )

السؤال

ما معنى قول الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم : رؤسهن كأسنمة البخت المائلة ؟

خاصة أني سمعت أحد المشايخ الأفاضل حفظه الله يقول بأن المقصود بها هو ما يسمى بـ ( الكعكعة ) وهو لف الشعر ومن ثم رفعه ..

والآن يا شيخ أغلب تسريحات الشعر هي مرفوعة للأعلى ..؟؟

الجواب

قال الإمام النووي : ومعنى " رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت " أن يُكبرنها ويعظمنها بِلَفِّ عمامة أو عصابة أو نحوها .

وقال أيضا : وأما " رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت " فمعناه يُعظّمن رؤوسهن بالخُمُر والعمائم وغيرها مما يُلفّ على الرأس حتى تشبه أسنمة الإبل البخت ، هذا هو المشهور في تفسيره . قال المازري : ويجوز أن يكون معناه يطمحن إلى الرجال ولا يغضضن عنهم ولا يُنكسن رؤوسهن . واختار القاضي : أن المائلات يمشطن المشطة الميلاء . قال : وهى ضفر الغدائر وشدّها إلى فوق ، وجمعها في وسط الرأس ، فتصير كأسنمة البخت . قال : وهذا يدل على أن المراد بالتشبيه بأسنمة البخت إنما هو لارتفاع الغدائر فوق رؤوسهن وجمع عقائصها هناك وتكثرها بما يضفرنه حتى تميل إلى ناحية من جوانب الرأس كما يميل السنام . اهـ .



قال القاضي عياض في قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت " :

يجوز أن يكون لتعظيمهن رؤوسهن بالخُمُر والعمائم ، ويجوز أن يكون كناية عن طمحهن للرجال ولا يغضضن أبصارهن ولا يُنكسّن رؤوسهن .

قال الأُبيّ : ويَعني بالعمائم الكبار بخلاف اليسير منها الذي تدعو إليه الحاجة . اهـ .



والخلاصة من الأقوال في قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم " رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت " أنه ينطبق على من يُظّمن رؤوسهن بالعمائم والعصائب ونحوها .

أما لفّ الشعر إلى أعلى فلا يدخل فيه إلا إذا لفّت المرأة شعر رأسها إلى أعلى وخرجت بهذه الصفة بحيث يراها الرجال ، أو يكون الشعر بعد لفِّـه مُلفتا للنظر .

كنت قد قرات فتوى من قبل تحرم رفع الشعر الى الاعلى مستدلين بحديث الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم
بصراحة استغربت ذلك لاني لم اجد ضرا من فعل ذلك خاصة من كانت تملك شعرا طويلا او ان جمعه في القفا قد يضر اثناء النوم و يسبب الاما في الراس كحالتي مثلا لذلك رفعه كان اريح...

نعم ما يُقصد هي تلك العمائم التي توضع تحت الخمار و قد انتشرت كثيرا في الآونة الأخيرة. أظن أنها أول ما ظهرت .. كانت في دول الخليج//و لازالت ، حيث أن النساء تمشطن (شينون) فتظهر عالية من تحت الخمار .. أما الآن فالنساء تشترين عمائم أو شيء كهذا تضع خصيصًا تحت الخمار فتبدوا و كأنها تلبس مزهرية و الله المستعان
