ابنة أخت وزير في حكومة أويحي متّهمة بالنصب على امرأة بحوالي مليار سنتيم

تواجه ابنة أخت وزير في حكومة أويحي الحبس النافذ لمدةعام وغرامة مالية تقدربـ 100ألف دينار،وهي العقوبة التي طالب بهاوكيل الجمهورية بمحكمة الرويبة بعد متابعتها في القسم الجزائي بجريمة النصب والاحتيال على امرأة فقيرة.هذه الأخيرة تعمل على بيع المجوهرات للناس عن طريق تجارمن العاصمة،وتعاملت مع ابنة أخت الوزيرفي قضية بيع الذهب ولم تسلمها المال المقدر بمبلغ950 مليون سنتيم ماأدى بها إلى رفع شكوىضدها. وقد صرحت المتهمة،أول أمس الخميس،بأنها تعرضت لسرقة حقيبتها التي كانت تحتوي على الذهب أثناء ذهابها لوزنه وتقديرقيمته،وقالت إن زوجها لايعلم بقضية شراءالمجوهرات منكرة النصب والاحتيال على السيدة خاصة وأنها أعطتها أقساطا من الأموال. وفي مرافعة دفاع الضحية أكدت أن موكلتها تعرفت على ابنة أخت الوزيرعن طريق خادمتها أين بدأت المعاملات ببيع الذهب بينهما منذسنة2009 إلى غاية أن بلغت 950 مليون سنتيم لم تستلمها إلى حد اليوم،كما ذكرت بأن موكلتها امرأة فقيرة تقتات من تجارة المجوهرات التي تبيعها،معتبرةأن القضيةأثرت بالسلب عليها بتعرضها إلى أزمة قلبية لأنها تدين لهؤلاء التجاربأموال طائلة،وصرحت أيضا الدفاع بأن الضحية استفادت من مسكن اجتماعي بمساعدة المتهمة بصفتها لها معارف خاصة و أن خالها وزير،لتطالب في الأخيربتحقيق تكميلي في ظل أن الشكوى قدمت بثلاثة متهمين إلا أنه في الجلسة جاءت متهمة واحدة فقط،وطالبت بإرجاع مبلغ 950مليون سنتيم وتعويض قدره 500مليون سنتيم على أساس ثبوت التهمة. من جانب آخررافع دفاع المتهمة على عدم وجود أي دليل على موكلته،وسينطق القاضي بالحكم يوم 12 فيفري الجاري.
