سوريا تهاجم الأمم المتحدة والجزيرة


شن السفير السوري لدى الأمم المتحدة بشار الجعفري هجوما على الأمم المتحدة وعلى دول الخليج العربي وقناة الجزيرة بعد أن أجهض فيتو روسي وصيني مشروع قرار أوروبي عربي لحل الأزمة السورية سلميا.واستشهد الجعفري في ختام جلسة للتصويت على مشروع القرار بمقولة منسوبة لوزير العدل الأميركي الأسبق رمزي كلارك قال فيها بعد حرب الخليج الأولى "إن الأمم المتحدة التي خلقت لوقف الحروب صارت أداة للحرب".وقال الجعفري في مستهل كلمته إن العالم بات أقل أمنا وإنصافا، لأن مجلس الأمن اعتمد، حسب تقديره، 690 قرارا منذ إنشائه عام 1949 حتى العام 1990 وثلاثة أضعاف هذه الكمية من القرارات في السنوات العشرين الماضية. مندوبو عدد من الدول انتقدوا استخدام روسيا والصين الفيتو .
وجاءت كلمة الجعفري في أعقاب جلسة تاريخية للمجلس شن فيها ممثلو الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا وفرنسا وألمانيا هجوما لاذعا على الصين وروسيا لإجهاضهما مشروع القرار الذي اقترحته الجامعة العربية وجرى تعديله مرارا دون جدوي لتفادي الفيتو الروسي.
وكرر الجعفري اتهام حكومته لمجموعات "مسلحة إرهابية" بقتل وترويع المواطنين السوريين منذ اندلاع الاحتجاجات المطالبة بإسقاط نظام الرئيس بشار الأسد قبل عشرة أشهر.واستشهد باحتلال نشطاء سوريين اليوم لسفارة بلاده في ليبيا ودول أخرى قائلا "إن أكبر دليل على طبيعة هذه المجموعات الإرهابية هو ما قامت به اليوم من أعمال ترويع واعتداء على السفارات دون أن يصدر أي رد فعل من الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة".ونفى قيام حكومته بمواصلة استخدام العنف ضد المحتجين قائلا إن خير مثال على تعاون دمشق مع الجامعة العربية هو ما جاء في تقرير مراقبي الجامعة حول "تنفيذ سوريا التزاماتها وفق البروتوكول الموقع مع الجامعة".ووجه اتهاما لقطر والسعودية دون أن يسميهما بالعمل على معاقبة حكومة دمشق قائلا إن "بعض دول الخليج جرت الجامعة العربية إلى مجلس الأمن بهدف الاستقواء على سوريا"، وقال إن هذه الدول تعمل على تدويل الأزمة السورية.ومضى الجعفري قائلا إن "بعض الدول تتعامل مع قضايا الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان مثل تعاملها مع الأسهم في السوق". كلمة الجعفري جاءت في ختام جلسة للتصويت على مشروع قرار أوربي عربي بشأن سوريا.
وبشأن مواقف الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا وفرنسا، قال الجعفري إن بيانات بعض المندوبين في المجلس تفضح نواياهم الحقيقية ضد سوريا.
واتهم المندوب السوري شبكة الجزيرة بالعمل وفق أوامر سياسية صادرة عن وزارة الخارجية القطرية. وقال إن أوامر صدرت من الوزارة لمراسلي الجزيرة الناطقة بالإنكليزية بتكثيف التغطية الإعلامية قبل الجلسة الخاصة بمشروع القرار الخاص بسوريا في مجلس الأمن.وزعم الجعفري أن قناة الجزيرة أوردت على لسان أحد مذيعيها بأنه يعتمد على مصادر عليا في الدوحة لتحديد مواعيد التعاطي مع الأزمة السورية.وبعد الرجوع إلى حلقة الاتجاه المعاكس التي بثت في يوم 27 سبتمبر الماضي تبين أن الزميل فيصل القاسم قد تحدث في معرض سؤاله للسيد منصف المرزوقي عن ما وصفها بمصادر عليا في هذا العالم دون الإشارة من قريب أو بعيد إلى قطر أو الدوحة.
