السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

سأضعُ سلسلة من المواضيع تتعلّق بأنواع مرض السرطان الأكثر انتشارًا بالعالم، سأتناول في كل موضوع باذن الله ما يلي : أعراضه، أسبابه، كيفية الوقاية منه..

لن أضع طرق العلاج كونها خاصة و تختلف من شخص لآخر..المعلومات التي أضعها هنا ستكون مأخوذة من مواقع اما عربية أو انجليزية.. أحاول قدر المستطاع ترجمتها ترجمة حسنة..في كلا الحالتين يكون هناك مصدر طبعًا

بطبيعة الحال أنواع مرض السرطان تختلف بين المرأة و الرجل لكن الموضوع سيتناول الأنواع عامّةً ..

بدايةً .. ماهو السرطان؟

باختصار .. السرطان هو مجموعة أمراض تحدث عندما تتحول خلايا الجسم (مفردها خلية) إلى خلايا غير طبيعية فتنقسم دون تحكم أو نظام. و يتكون كل عنصر في جسم الإنسان من أنواع مختلفة من الخلايا التي تنقسم عادة بطريقة منتظمة لإنتاج خلايا أكثر عند الحاجة لتعوض عن الخلايا التالفة وتحافظ على بقاء الجسم في وضح صحي. هذه الخلايا هي أقرب في فكرتها إلى الطوب الذي يتكون منه أي مبنى ومجموع الخلايا يتكون منها البناء الكامل وهو الإنسان. السرطان هو السبب الرئيسي للوفاة في العالم، و قد كان سببا في وفاة حوالي 7.6 مليون شخص (نحو 13٪ من مجموع الوفيات) في عام 2008 (منظمة الصحة العالمية)

سرطان الرئة ،المعدة ،الكبد ،القولون وسرطان الثدي تتسبب في معظم الوفيات الناجمة عن السرطان كل سنة. (منظمة الصحة العالمية)

حوالي 30٪ من الوفيات الناجمة عن السرطان تكون بسبب 5 مخاطر سلوكية و غذائية : مؤشر كتلة الجسم مرتفع، تناول عدد ضئيل من الفواكه والخضر، قلة النشاط البدني وتعاطي التبغ وتعاطي الكحول. (منظمة الصحة العالمية)

تعاطي التبغ هو العامل الأخطر.. يسبب 22٪ من وفيات السرطان في العالم و 71٪ من وفيات سرطان الرئة . (منظمة الصحة العالمية)
