هيكل: مصر حصلت على 100 مليار دولار بعد حرب الخليج نهبهم سرب جراد أحاط بمبارك

قال الكاتب الكبير، محمد حسنين هيكل، إن حرب الخليج، منحت مصر مساعدات وهبات بلغت قيمتها 100 مليار دولار، إبان حكم الرئيس السابق حسنى مبارك، وإن جماعات المصالح التى أحاطت بـ"الأب" - وهنا يقصد مبارك- وزحفت مع الابن - وهنا لم يسمِ علاء أو جمال- تحولت إلى سرب جراد، أتى على ما جاءت به السياسة، متحررة من الأخلاق، وأن الوعاء الاقتصادى الذى امتلأ بعد حرب الخليج، جرى تفريغه بالنهب بعدها.

وخصص هيكل، الحلقة العاشرة من كتابه - مبارك وزمانه من المنصة إلى الميدان- التى تنشرها صحيفة الشروق صباح اليوم الأحد، عن الحديث حول حرب الخليج، ودور الجيش المصرى فيها، وكيف استفادت مصر اقتصاديًا -قبل أن تستفيد سياسيا- من هذه الحرب.

وفنّد الكاتب الكبير، المبالغ التى حصلت عليها مصر من جراء حرب الخليج، وفقا لصندوق النقد الدولى، على النحو التالى:
30 مليارًا إعفاء ديون مستحقة على مصر لدول أجنبية، و25 مليار دولار من الكويت، و10 مليارات دولار من السعودية، و10 مليارات دولار من دولة الإمارات، وكانت المبالغ الباقية من مصادر متفرقة، وذلك بالإضافة إلى كثير من خدمات المخابرات والأمن والسلاح والتوريدات المقدمة إلى ما لا نهاية من الخدمات، وكل ذلك أعطى مصر صفحة اقتصادية جديدة مشجعة.

وروى هيكل أنه فى أعقاب حرب الخليج، قرر كتابة تفاصيل هذه الحرب من البداية وحتى آخر حدث بها، وكان يستعد للقاء الملك حسين، ملك الأردن وقتها، للحصول منه على كل ما يحتاجه فى كتابه الجديد.

وذات يوم -وفقا لما يروى هيكل- فإن مبارك أجرى اتصالا هاتفيا به، قال فيه لهيكل: "قرأت فى إحدى الجرائد أنك سوف تذهب إلى عمان لمقابلة الملك حسين، لأنك تكتب كتابا عن حرب الخليج"، فرد هيكل بأن ذلك صحيح، فعاوده مبارك متسائلا: ولماذا الملك حسين تحديدا؟. فرد هيكل: "سوف أقابل كثيرين غيره، ولكن المسألة فيما يتعلق بالملك حسين، إنه الرجل الذى بقى منذ غزو الكويت، حتى ضرب العراق على اتصال بكل أطراف الأزمة، فقد ظل على صلة بصدام حسين، وجورج بوش، ومارجريت تاتشر دون انقطاع.

هنا كان رد مبارك على هيكل: "أنت على خطأ فى ذلك، لأن حسين لم يكن الطرف الذى بقى على اتصال بالجميع حتى آخر لحظة، وإنما كنت أنا الذى ظل على اتصال بالجميع من أول لحظة حتى آخر لحظة.. والملك حسين سوف يكذب عليك.. وأنت تعرف ذلك"، لكن هيكل كان رده: "من حق الملك أن يقول ما يشاء، وعلىّ أن أفرز ما أسمع، وعلى أى حال فإن الملك أبلغنى عن طريق رئيس ديوانه بأنه رغبة فى إطلاعى على الحقائق كاملة، فسوف يفتح أمامى كل الملفات دون تحفظ، اطلع فيها على ما أشاء".

وحكى أنه بعد عودته من عمان بثلاثة أيام، تلقى اتصالا من مبارك، بدأه قائلا: هل كذب عليك وروى لك ما يشاء لكى يبرر موقفه؟.. أنا سوف أسمح لك بقراءة ماتشاء من الأوراق السرية الخاصة بالرئاسة، لكن دون تصويرها، وسوف أرسلها لك مع الدكتور مصطفى الفقى.

وحين جاء الفقى بالمستندات إلى هيكل، وبدأ يطلع عليها، شعر بأنها "موجهة" لهدف ما، ومكتوبة بأثر رجعى، أى بعد الحوادث وليس قبلها، وهذا يفقد المسيرات قيمتها، وبالفعل رجع بها الفقى إلى حيث أتى بها.

وذات يوم اتصل الفقى بهيكل ليسأله: الرئيس يستفسر عما إذا كان الكتاب سيعكس وجهة نظر الملك حسين، أم وجهة نظرنا نحن؟ لكن كان رد هيكل قاطعا بعبارة: "لا وجهة نظركم، ولا وجهة نظر الملك حسين، وإنما هو مثل أى كتاب، يعكس جهد نظرنا فى تقصى موضوعه".

يذكر هيكل أن الكتاب كان بداية حملة ضارية، وما أن صدر الكتاب، وتُرجم إلى اللغة العربية حتى قامت القيامة، وكانت المواقع الحساسة فى القصة، التى دار حولها الجزء الأكبر من الخلاف - الذى قامت عليه القيامة - هى:

متى نزلت القوات الأمريكية فى السعودية؟ وهل كان ذلك قبل مؤتمر القمة، وباتفاق مع مبارك وغيره قبل مؤتمر القمة؟ أو أن النزول الأمريكى كان بعد مؤتمر القمة ونتيجة لدعوة منها؟ ثم هل كان الهدف تحرير الكويت؟، أو أن تدمير العراق كان مطلوبا لضرورة أو مقصودا بسبق الإصرار؟ وأخيرا.. هل كان نزول القوات الأمريكية فى الخليج والسعودية على النطاق الواسع إجراء طوارئ أم خريطة استراتيجية مستجدة؟.

بعد صدور الكتاب قال الفقى لـ"هيكل" أثناء إحدى حفلات العشاء: "لا تجعل شيئا مما يقال يضايقك، الحق كان معك، والواقع كما أعرفه من موقعى أفظع بكثير من أى شىء قلته فى كتابك". بينما هنا يقول هيكل: "كانت تلك لحظة تستحق الدراسة فى تاريخ مصر، فقد لاح وكأن مصر قد جرى تنويمها أو تخديرها". متصفحك لا يدعم الجافا سكربت أو أنها غير مفعلة ، لذا لن تتمكن من استخدام التعليقات وبعض الخيارات الأخرى ما لم تقم بتفعيله.
