من الصّوارف عن الحقّ : صدور الباطل من شيخ له قبول
فصل مستل :
من كتاب الفذّ : الصَّوراف عن الحقّ

قد يصدر الخطأ والباطل من إمام له قبول ومَحبة من أتباعه وتلاميذه وعامة المسلمين ، فيروج هذا الباطل على مُحبيه لِما يعلمونه من حال شيخهم من تَحرِّي السنة ، وطلب الحقِّ ، فينقادون لقوله وتَحجبهم مَحَبته عن ملاحظة خطئه وَرَدّه .
والحبُّ لاشك أنه يُعمى ويُصم
قال ابن القيم رحمه الله : " والمراد به : أن حبك للشيء يعمي ويصم عن تأمل قبائحه ومساوئه ، فلا تراها ولا تسمعها وإن كانت فيه "
وقال ثعلب في معناه : " يُعمي العين عن النظر إلى مساوئه ، ويُصم الأذن عن استماع العدل فيه "
وقد بيَّن العلماء عِظَم تأثير مَحبة القائل وتعظيمه وتوقيره عند مُحبيه في رواج مقولته وإن كانت باطلة.
قال القبلي : " فإن النَّاس يدورون ما يقوم به الوقت من حدوث مقالة يوطئها شيخ قد ابتلى بالقبول فيهم "
ولذلك نصح العلماء المُحققون من ابتلى بشيء من ذلك ، وجرَّه حبُّه وتَعصُّبه لقبول القول المرجوح أو الخاطىء بسبب صدوره ممَّن يُحبه ويُعظِّمه ، أن يتجرَّد وأن ينظر في المقول دون معرفة قائله .
قال العلامة محمَّد الأمين الشنقيطي رحمه الله : " ونُرجح ما ظهر لنا أنه الرَّاجح بالدليل من غير تعصب لمذهب معيَّن ، ولا قول قائل معيَّن ، لأننا ننظر إلى ذات القول لا إلى قائله "
ومن الأسباب المعينة على عدم الانصياع وراء هذا الصارف : هو العلم أن ذلك الفعل أو القول أو الاعتقاد الباطل إن كان انتحله من يُقتدى به ، فالمخالفون له إن لَمْ يكونوا أفضل منهم فليسوا بدونِهم.
قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رادًّا على من يَحتجُّ بفعل بعض المجتهدين في النبيذ والرِّبا :" يُقال على سبيل التفصيل : إذا فعلها قوم ذوو فضل ودين ، فقد تركها في زمان هؤلاء معتقدًا لكراهتها وأنكرها قوم إن لم يكونوا أفضل ممَّن فعلها فليسوا دونَهم ، ولو كانوا في الفضل فقد تنازع فيها أولو الأمر ، فتُرد إلى الله والرسول "
والبعض يستولى عليه ما يعرفه من قائل القول فيحمله ما يعلمه عن الإمام ونبوغه وتضلُّعه من العلوم وموافقته للحقّ في كثير أحيانه ، فيتشبث بقوله ، ويكون بصره كالغشاوة تَحجبه عن الانصاف والتجرد في حال النظر في قول الإمام.
قال الشوكاني : " ذلك لأن أذهانهم قد تصورت من يقتدون به تصورًا عظيمًا بسبب تَقدُّم العصر ، وكثرة الأتباع ، وما علموا أن هذا منقوص عليهم مدفوع به في وجوههم ، فإنه لو قيل لَهم : إن في التابعين من هو أعظم قدرًا من صاحبكم علمًا وفضلاً وجلاله قدر ، فإن أبيتم ذلك ، فهأنا أدلُّكم على من هو أعظم قدرًا وأَجَلّ خطرًا ، وأكثر أتباعًا وأقدم عصرًا ، وهو محمد بن عبد الله نبينا ونبيكم ورسول الله إلينا وإليكم "
وقال العلامة عبد الرحمن السعدي رحمه الله في فوائد معرفة المَقول دون قائله : " من فوائد ذلك : أن الأقوال التى يراد المقابلة بينها ، ومعرفة راجحها من مرجوحها أن يقطع الناظر والمناظر النظر عن القائلين ، فإنه ربَّما كان ذكر القائل مغترًّا عن مُخالفته ، وتوجب له الْهَيبة أن يكفَّ عن قولٍ ينافي ما قاله "
وهذا هو العدل والانصاف ، خلافًا لِمن يرى أن الحق لا يَخرج عن اختيار إمامه وشيخه مطلقًا ، ويتمثل بقول الشاعر :
إذا قالت حذام فصدقوها /// فإنَّ القول ما قالت حذام

ولذلك فإن المبطلين يُبادرون من ينكر باطلهم بذكر قائله ، فيغترون إليه ، ويضربون بذكره ما يُذكر لهم من الذكر الحكيم.

قال الشوكاني : " وقد جرت قاعدة أهل البدع - في سابق الدَّهر ولاحقه - بأنَّهم يفرحون بصدور الكلمة الواحدة عن عالم من العلماء ويبالغون في إشهارها وإذاعتها فيما بينهم ويَجعلونها حجَّة لبدعتهم ، ويضربون بها وجه من أنكر عليهم "
وقال أيضًا : " فإنَّ المجتهد هو الذي لا ينظر إلى ما من قال ، بل إلى ما قال ، فإن وجد نفسه تنازعه إلى الدخول في قول الأكثرين والخروج عن قول الأقلين إلى متابعة من له جلالة قدر ونبالة ذكر وسعة دائرة علم ، لا لأمر سوى ذلك ، فليعلم أنه بقي فيه عرق من عروق العصبية ، وشُعبة من شعب التقليد ، وأنه لَمْ يوفِ الاجتهاد حقَّه "
ولذلك ترى هذا المُحبَّ لحبيبه يقبل ما كان يردُّه من قول غيره ، لأن حبَّ شيخه استحوذ على لبِّه ، وجعل على بصيرته غشاوة تَحول دون تفحُّص قوله ، وتَجعله في مقام التسليم دون التعليق التدقيق قبل القبول ، فيعامل شيخه ومُحبه ما لا يعامل به غيره ، حتَّى ولو كان أعلى رتبة في العلم من شيخه ، بل حتَّى ولو كان من أئمة الاسلام المتبوعين المشهورين .
قال شيخ الاسلام ابن تيمية في ذلك : " تجده يذم القول وقائله بعبارة ، ويقبله بعبارة ، ويقرأ كتب التفسير والفقه وشروح الحديث ، وفيها تلك المقالات الَّتي كان يذُّمها ، فيقبلها من أشخاص أُخر ، ويُحسن الظنَّ بِهم ، وقد ذكروها بعبارة أخرى ، أو في ضمن تفسير آية أو حديث أو غير ذلك .
وهذا ممَّا يوجد كثيرًا والسالِم من سلَّمه الله ، حتَّى إن كثيرًا من هؤلاء يُعَظّم أئمة ، ويذم أقوالاً قد يلعن قائلها "
" وها هنا أمر خفي ينبغي التفطُّن له ، وهو أن كثيرًا من أئمة الدين قد يقول قولاً مرجوحًا ، ويكون مُجتهدًا فيه ، مأجورًا على اجتهاده فيه ، موضوعًا عنه خطؤه فيه ، ولا يكون المنتصر لِمقالته تلك بِمنزلته في هذ الدرجة ، لأنه قد لا ينتصر لهذا القول ، إلاَّ لكون متبوعه قد قاله ، بِحيث إنه لو قاله غيره من أئمة الدين لما قَبله ، ولا انتصر له ، ولا والىَ من وافقه ، ولا عادى من خالفه ، وهو مع هذا يظن أنه إنَّما انتصر للحقِّ ، وإن أخطأ في اجتهاده ، وأما هذا التَّابع ، فقد شاب انتصاره لما يظنه الحقَّ إرادة علو متبوعه وظهور كلمته ، وألاَّ يُنسب إلى الخطأ ، وهذه دسيسة تقدح في قصد الانتصار للحقِّ ، فإنَّه فهم عظيم ، والله يهدى من يشاء إلى صراط مستقيم " إ.هـ
