3ـ كفانا ضجيجا

أعلن الاستقلال في الجزائر وخرج الشعب بأكمله للشوارع للاحتفال به.
انتخب الرئيسوخرج الشعب للتعبير عن سروره بذلك.
انتصرالفريق الوطني وخرج الشباب والأطفال للتعبير عن فرحتهم.
قلنا من حق الناس أن يعبروا عن فرحتهم ويعلنوها فلطالما حرموا منها سنين طويلة.
ظاهرة التعبير عن الفرح في الشارع أمر ليس جديدا علينا ولكن أن تتحول هذه الظاهرة إلى أحداث يومية غير منظمة هو الذي يقلق الكثير من الناس.
ما أن يحل فصل الصيف إلا وكان مرادفا للضجيج المبالغ فيه عندنا نهارا وليلا.
أولا: إقامة الأعراس بمعدل مرتين إلى ثلاث مرات أسبوعيا في الحي حيث يستعمل (الديسك جوكي) إلى الفجر،ناهيك عن مرور مواكب لأعراس أخرى يوميا وارتفاع أبواق السيارات وخروج الأولادإلى الشوارع لمشاهدة ذلك والتعبير عن تفاعلهم مع الحدث برفع أصواتهم.
ثانيا: خروج الشباب على متن السيارات لاستعراض عضلاتهم في فن السياقة وما يترتب عنه من زيادة في السرعة وحوادث.
ثالثا: تشغيل الأجهزة القارئة للميلتيميديا داخل السيارات ورفع أصواتها بصفة مبالغ فيها.
رابعا: كثرة طواف الشباب باستعمال الدراجات النارية التي نزعت منها كاتمات الصوت.
خامسا: خروج الشباب والأطفال ليلا إلى الشوارع لإقامة مجالس السهر إلى ساعات متأخرة بعد منتصف الليل مما ينتج عنه ارتفاع أصواتهم أثناء الكلام والضحك و.....
سادسا : خروج العمال عند تباشير الصبح الأولى ورفع أصواتهم عند مرورهم قرب المنازل.
سابعا : مرورالسيارات والشاحنات باستمرار خاصة القديمة منها حيث يصدر عنها ضجيج مقلق.
ثامنا: إذا كان من حق محدثي الضجيج أن يفرحوا فهل من حقهم أن يحرمونا من النوم خاصة المرضى منا والذين هم في عطلة ؟
تاسعا: إذا كان الترشيد مطلوبا في صرف المال واستعمال الماء وأشياء أخرى،أفلا نطالب به في التعبيرعن الفرح ؟ عاشرا: لكم أنتم أن تستنتجوا ما يصيب العمال والشيوخ والأطفال والمرضى من أذى بسبب حرمانهم من النوم.
أيها الشباب والأطفال المتسببون في هذه الظاهرة، من حقكم أن تفرحوا وليس من حقكم حرمان الآخر من لحظة سكون في بيته فرفقا بنا وكفانا تحويل فرحنا إلى شقاء للآخر.

الفكرة جميلة...لكن أظننا نتفق على أن الفرح حالة من بين الحالات الكثيرة التي يمر بها الإنسان إذ يشعر خلالها بنه إنسان آخر....ذو نشاط و همة و أن به من الطاقة ما ليس يملكها أحد....و ماتعبيره بهذه الطريقة إلا لرغبته اشديدة...بإخبار الناس كمن يصرخ بأعلى صوته...أنا سعيد أنا فرح...و يتمنى بذلك لو يفرح كل الناس لفرحه...

و في الحقيقة لا يزعجني الأطفال و هم يندفعون إلى خار البيوت لمتابعة موكب العروس أو لمشاهدة الخيول المارة....أبدا...فكلنا مررنا بهذه الحالة و من حقهم أن يعيشوها


و لكن الذي يوجعني...ما يفعله شبابنا البالغ الذي من المفروض أن يكون عاقلا لكن للأسف تصرفاته توحي عكس ذلك..

لذلك وجب بالفعل سن قوانين صارمة...تمنع كثيرا من المخالفات و تقينا مخاطرها نذكر على سبيل المثال لا الحصر....ما بات يقام الآن في الأعراس من برود و مفرقعات غالبا ما توصل إلى الموت...
