جزائريّون يموتون بردا والحكومة ترفع واردات الغاز لإنقاذ الإيطاليين !



قرّرت الحكومة التونسية التنازل عن حصتها من الغاز الطبيعي المستورد من الجزائر لإيطاليا بعد رفع كمية الغاز الإيطالي المستورد من الجزائر خلال الأيام الماضية، بفعل الاضطرابات الجوية التي يشهدها العالم وانخفاض درجة الحرارة لأدنى مستوياتها.
وحسبما أوردته وكالة ”رويترز” أمس الأربعاء، أبلغ مسؤول بوزارة الصناعة التونسية أن حكومة بلاده ستتنازل لإيطاليا مؤقتا عن حصتها من إمدادات الغاز الجزائري بسبب سوء الأحوال الجوية في أوروبا.
وقال المسؤول ”بعد مشاورات بين الجانبين التونسي والإيطالي تم الاتفاق على تخلي تونس عن نصيبها من الغاز الطبيعي الجزائري بصفة مؤقتة لإيطاليا بسبب سوء الأحوال الجوية في أوروبا”. وأكد المسؤول أن السوق المحلية التونسية لن تواجه أي نقص في إمدادات الغاز الطبيعي جراء ذلك، وتستورد إيطاليا التي تواجه صعوبة في تنويع مصادر إمداداتها من الغاز للوفاء بالطلب المحلي المتزايد 90 بالمائة من احتياجاتها من الغاز الطبيعي، حيث تزودها الجزائر بنحو 35 بالمائة من وارداتها عن طريق خط أنابيب مستقل يمر عبر تونس.
من جهة أخرى، كان وزير التنمية الاقتصادية والمنشآت القاعدية الإيطالي، كورادو باسيرا، قد أكد أن ايطاليا تريد رفع تمويناتها بالغاز الجزائري نظرا للاستهلاك الكبير للطاقة جراء موجة البرد الشديد التي تشهدها البلاد.
وقال الوزير الايطالي، أن ”لجنة المتابعة والاستعجال الطاقوي لوزارة التنمية الاقتصادية تراقب باستمرار وضعية التموينات لبلدنا بالغاز في ضوء استمرار موجة البرد الاستثنائية التي تمس أوروبا”.
وحاول باسيرا طمأنة الإيطاليين الذين يتخوفون من انقطاع التموينات بالطاقة أمام موجة البرد التي تمس إيطاليا والتي تدفع بالأشخاص إلى استعمال المدفآت بمستوى أكثـر من المعدل الفصلي. وأضاف أنه ”حسب بعض الدراسات فإننا ننتظر أن يبلغ استهلاك الغاز في إيطاليا مستويات تاريخية بحوالي 440 مليون متر مكعب يوميا”.
وفي هذا السياق، قال أن ”بلده سيرفع واردات كميات الغاز من الجزائر وأوروبا الشمالية لمواجهة التقليص المؤقت في التموينات من روسيا” مضيفا أن تموين إيطاليا بالغاز الجزائري يجري بصفة منتظمة.
وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الروسية ”أنترفاكس” أمس الأربعاء أن المجموعة الغازية الروسية ”غاز بروم” قد أعادت ”تمويناتها نحو أوروبا بمستوى عادي بعد أن قلصته خلال الأيام الماضية، ولكن المجموعة عاجزة عن مواجهة ارتفاع الطلب في سياق البرد القارس الذي يجتاح المنطقة”.

وهل عدم تصدير الغاز لإيطاليا وغيرها ،يجعله متوفرا للجزائريين في القرى النائية
لاعلاقة للموضعين ،فليس المشكل في التصدير ،لله الحمد الجزائر هذا ماتحسنه،في مجال الغاز والبترول خاصة.
أما قضية توفيره على مستوى المحلي فهو مشكلة تسيير محلية ووطنية ،يتحكم فيها أفراد من الشعب الجزائري.
