هل أصبحت البراءة للبيع؟؟

السلامعليكم ورحمةالله وبركاته...


هذا الموضوع ليس عن الأولاد ،بل عن من حُرم هذه النعمة في زمن أصبحت فيه معظم العائلات التي يُبتلى أحد الأزواج فيها بهذا الأمر تهدّد في قوّةِ لُحمتها وسعادةِ عيشها،فيبدأ التفكير بالتبني لمن لا يدرك حرمته..وبالكفالة لمن اقتنع بحرمة التبني ،وتأتي دُور الطفولة المسعفة هنا في دور المنقذ...


وياله من منقذ...


القصة التي سأضعها بين أيديكم واقعية و من مصدر موثوق،وقعت لسيّدة من معارفي وزوجها،وسأنقلها لكم على لسانها:


"بعد العديد من الإقتراحات من طرف الأسرة ، وعن إقتناع من الصميم قررنا أن نتكفل بأحد الأطفال المحرومين من دار الطفولة المُسعفة بولاية مستغانم، وهذا منذ 6سنوات تقريبا...وضعنا الملف وقبلته الجهة المعنية وقام ممثلوها بكل الإجراءات ثم اتصلوا بنا فذهبنا لإستلام الطفل الرضيع الذي لم يكُن يتجاوز الشهر من عمره...


لكن عند معاينة الطبيب المختص له،أكد لنا أنه يعاني من آثار الاهمال عندما رمي به في الشارع ولا يمكن ان نرعاه كما ينبغي ،فقد يتعرض للوفاة في أي وقت...


صُدمنا كثيرا ...وتأثرنا تأثُّرا شديدا ...ليس لأجلنا ولكن لأجل الصبيّ المسكين...كما أننا تعجبنا كيف يُقابل طلبنا بتسليمنا طفلا مريضا وفي حالة حرجة؟؟؟


سحبنا ملفنا وقررنا نسيان ما مضى...ومرّت 5سنوات بعد ذلك ،لنُعاود الكرّة ونضع ملفا جديدا...


وبعد سنة من الإنتظار،إتصلوا بنا لإستلام الصبيّ الذي طلبنا كفالته...


و كأن الوقت لم يمر...نفس الوجوه التي استقبلتنا قبل 6سنوات...نفس الكلمات، ونفس الظروف تقريبا...


لكن ""لا يلدغ المؤمن من جحر مرتين"".


سألهم زوجي :هل الطفل معافى؟؟


فأجابته المعنية:وهل نحن نسلم اطفالا مرضى؟


وهنا اطمأننا وقلنا ستفرج هذه المرة...لكن فوجئنا بها وهي تقول : "في الحقيقة،الطفل لديه حساسية في التنفس,وقد تم إجراء عملية في رجليه (pieds beaux)...لكنه سيتعافى..."


وهنا،قال زوجي:""صدفة أم حقرة""؟؟


""كيفاش غيرنا أخذوا أولادا سليمين واحنا للمرة الثانية تمدو لنا طفل مريض؟؟""


مالذي ينقصنا كي لا نحظى بطفل سليم؟؟وماذا فعل غيرنا للحصول على ماتمنوه؟؟لم نطلب منهم المستحيل.... «




السيّدة تقول بأنها وزوجُها علما من أحد موظفي ذات المركز أنّ غيرهم ممن هم مستعدّون للدفع مُقابل كفالة طفل سليم لا يحتاج إلى رعاية خاصّة، تمكّنوا من ذلك بينما يُحتفظ بالأطفال المرضى وذوي الحالات الصعبة التي تتطلب عناية قد لا تكون مُتاحة بالشكل المطلوب للأُسر، بل يُفترض أنّ العناية بهم مهمّة على عاتق الدولة بإمكانياتها الطبية والماديّة...


فما الذي يحدث في مراكز الطفولة المُسعفة "إلا من رحم ربي"؟


هل أصبحت البراءة للبيع؟...

السلام عليكم
من جهة البيع، فكل شيئ في بلادنا للبيع ولا عجب في ذلك.
لكن ومن جهة قوة الإيمان ومراعاة الإنسانية وفعل الخير، كان على أصحاب الواقعة أن لا ينظروا إلى البراءة نظرة سلعة تنتقى .
لأنهم لا يضمنون حتى سلامة أبنائهم لو شاء تعالى أن يرزقهم إياهم. أيعقل أن يترك أحدنا وليده المعاق مثلا في المستشفي لهذا المبرر؟
ماذا لو أحسنوا النية وتوكلوا على الله وأنقضوا أحد الولدين من جحيم الدور وإهمال عماله؟
ألا يحتسب لهم ذلك عند الله أجرا عظيما؟
أليس الله بقادر على شفائه وجعله لهم أحسن عزاء لإبتلائهم بالعقم؟
فكما لا نريد للبراءة أن تباع، فعلينا أن لا نشترط فرزها .
