قالت مصادر حكومية لـ “الفجر” إن الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة وبخ أول أمس في اجتماع لمجلس الوزراء جهازه التنفيذي على خلفية سوء تكفل القطاعات الوزارية المعنية بالمواطن في العاصفة الثلجية التي ضربت كامل ولايات الوطن والذي انتهت بتسجيل خسائر بشرية بــ 25 ضحية وتداعيات سلبية كانقطاع التيار الكهربائي ونقص التموين بالغاز وباقي ضروريات الحياة الاجتماعية.
بحسب مانقلته مصادر “الفجر”، التي رفضت الكشف عن هويتها، فإن الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة استهل اجتماع مجلس الوزراء المنعقد أمس الأول، والمخصص لملفات سياسية واقتصادية وأمنية إلى موضوع العاصفة الثلجية التي ضربت الجزائر على مدار أسبوع كامل وما أفرزته من تداعيات سلبية متمثلة في الكوارث الطبيعية والخسائر البشرية والمادية؛ حيث سجلت مصالح الحماية المدنية في آخر حصيلة لها 25 قتيلا مابين ضحايا لحوادث المرور واختناق بالغاز وموجات البرد. واستنادا إلى ذات المصادر فإن الرئيس بوتفليقة عاتب الحكومة على سوء التكفل بالمواطن في مثل هذه الظروف المناخية القاسية، خاصة القطاعات الوزارية المعنية، في مقدمتها وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية وكذا وزارتي الصحة على خلفية ماعرفته المستشفيات من سوء التكفل والطاقة والمناجم، الجهة المسؤولة عن نقص التمويل بالغاز التي وصلت القارورة منه إلى أكثر من 1800 دج في بعض المناطق النائية وكذا انقطاعات في التيار الكهربائي الذي أحدث موجة احتجاجات بالعاصمة وبعض مناطق غرب وشرق البلاد. ومن الوزارات التي عاتبها الرئيس بوتفليقة أيضا، حسب نفس المصدر، وزارة النقل؛ حيث ظل المواطن أيضا يعاني نقصا في وسائل النقل البرية وكذا تذبذب الرحلات الجوية والبحرية. وأشار الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة في نفس الملف إلى أن تدخل القطاعات الوزارية في هذه التقلبات لا يعكس الإمكانيات المادية الهامة المرصودة لهذه القطاعات لمواجهة الكوارث الطبيعية المحتملة.
يشار إلى أن الحكومة الحالية التي يغلب عليها لون التحالف الرئاسي الممثل لجبهة التحرير الوطني والتجمع الوطني الديمقراطي وحركة مجتمع السلم والتي تعالت أصوات رحيلها لضمان شفافية ونزاهة الانتخابات التشريعية المقررة في ماي المقبل، سبق وأن منحت رئيس الجمهورية عبد العزيز بوتفليقة العديد من التقارير المغلوطة، خاصة تلك التي لها صلة بمشاريع استراتيجية وتنموية.

أنا سمعت كذالك أن أحد الوزراء ...ركب (فلوكة) ...وأعطاها بحرقة إلى أوروبا ...لأنه يعتبر الجزائريين أكثر أوروبيين من الأوروبيين أنفسهم وبالتالي مكانهم الطبيعي هو وراء البحر ..ولو تطلب الأمر الحرقة ..

في هاذي واحد ما يقدر يقول العكس ..وبما أنّ العبرة بالأفعال وليس بالاقوال ....فقد أراد الرجل أن يبرهن على ذالك فعمد إلى تعيين (الشيخة) خليدة تومي في منصب يسمح لها بالمحافظة على ثقافة هذه الأمة وإمتدادها الإسلامي ...ولا أحد يستطيع أن ينكر ما قامت به هذه الوزيرة في هذا المجال ...وهذا ما جعله غير مستعدّ للتنازل عن خدماتها ..

بعض الوزراء لا يكاد ينام والاخر لا يتناول طعامه حتى يطمئن عللى الفقراء

حتى ان بعض الوزراء يعانون من نقص الغاز في بيوتهم وانقطاع الماء

والررئيس حفظه الله وادام علينا ظله صائم قائم ولا تجف عيناه من البكاء والدموع على حال الشعب المسكين ....

رئيسنا يحب الاسلا م والمسلمين بدليل تفاعله مع غزة ودهابه اليها للتضامن وخطابه الشهير عنها

وكذلك بدليل هدم مسجد اوغريب ...

وبدليل تعيينه الملحدة خليدة تومي التي تسب الاسلام وزيرة للثقافة ...



وبدليل تعاطفه مع الشعب السوري ودعمه لبشار لمزيد من القتل فان كل هذا القتل لا يكفي لهز مشاعر الرئيس ......


المشكل عندنا الشعب هو الذي يسرق وهو الذي يقتل وهو الذي يحتكر الاعلام

وهو الذي يهرب العملة الصعبة ويسرق الملايير .....
