بوتفليقة في خطاب مفاجىء للأمة خلال نشرة الثامنة الرئيسية مساء اليوم

أعلنت الإذاعة الوطنية مساء الخميس نقلا عن مصادر برئاسة الجمهورية أن الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة سيتقدم بخطاب للأمة خلال الساعات القادمة، يرجح أن تكون خلال نشرة الثامنة بتوقيت الجزائر .
ولم تكشف مصادر رئاسة الجمهورية التي أوردت الخبر فحوى هذا الخطاب، الذي لم يكن مبرمجا كما أنه جاء في وقت ليس له مغزى تاريخي مثل المناسبات الوطنية .
وكان رئيس الجمهورية قد ترأس الثلاثاء مجلس الوزراء الذي أعلن فيه عن إنشاء لجنة من القضاة لتحضير الإنتخابات التشريعية، المقررة في النصف الأول من شهر ماي القادم، كما أعلن رفع عدد مقاعد المجلس الشعبي الوطني إلى 462 مقعدا، إلى جانب دعوة الأحزاب للمشاركة في لجنة مستقلة لمراقبة الإنتخابات البرلمانية.
وأكد بيان مجلس الوزراء، أن الرئيس بوتفليقة سيستدعي الهيئة الناخبة تحسبا للإنتخابات التشريعية خلال أيام دون تحديد تاريخ لذلك .
وكانت أحزاب انتقدت تجاهل مجلس الوزراء، الحديث عن معاناة المواطنين بعدة ولايات جراء التساقط الكثيف للثلوج التي تسببت في قطع طرق وطنية وعزل مناطق باكملها .

في أي وقت تتحرك الأحزاب و تنتفض مطالبة بحقوق المواطنين؟؟..أليس في هذا الوقت.
في أي وقت يتحرك المسؤولين و تحشد الحشود للتذكير بمآثر الحكم الراشد؟؟أليس هذا الوقت
في أي وقت يتحرك الطماع و الكذاب و الشيات و المنافق و السارق في الجزائر؟؟

إن الجزائر و كل الذين سميتهم و الذين نسيتهم يتحركون في هذا الوقت .فهو المغزى الحقيقي في الجزائر
الإنتخابات....قبلها تحيا.....وبعدها تموت
