عزوف إنتخابي قد يعصف بمشروعية النظام

لا يفصلنا عن الموعد الإنتخابي سوى أيام معدودات ,جند النظام السياسي الجزائري كل أجهزته و أعوانه من أجل حث المواطنين على الذهاب لصناديق الإقتراع و الإدلاء بأصواتهم الإنتخابية من أجل أن تكون هناك مشاركة إنتخابية كبيرة تضمن إستمرارية النظام السياسي الجزائري بوجوهه و مؤسساته و رجاله ,فالعزوف عن الإنتخابات مؤشر هام على عدم رضى الشعب على أداء ال...نظام السياسي بجميع مؤسساته و إطاراته و هذا ما يفقد هذا الأخير مشروعيته و يبين للرأي العام الداخلي و الخارجي أن الإصلاحات التي طالب بها الشعب لم تجد صدى واسعا و تطبيقا فعلي على أرض الواقع ,بل كانت مجرد ضمادات تغطي الجرح و لكن لا تداويه.
غالبية الشعب الجزائري اليوم يعيش تحت رحمة التقلبات الجوية التي فضحت للرأي العام المعاناة التي يعيشها الشعب الجزائري في القرى و المداشر و الأحياء المهمشة ,فكيف للمواطن الذي لا يملك قوت يومه و لا يملك قارورة غاز ليدفئ اطفاله ولم يجد طريقا معّبدا أو إنارة عمومية أن يلبي نداء وزارة الداخلية من أجل التصويت الذي إعتبرته حق من حقوق المواطن ,و كيف للمواطن البسيط ان يكون له حق سياسي فقط و هو لا يملك أدنى شروط المعيشة و و يعاني في صمت من جراء التسيير اللاعقلاني لأجهزة الدولة,كيف للمواطن الذي يعاني من التهميش و البطالة و الفقر و المحسوبية و الوساطة و الرشوة و إتعدام ضروريات الحياة أن يذهب الى مراكز التصويت من أجل إختيار نفس الوجوه و نفس الأفكار باسم التغيير و التجديد؟
كيف للمواطن البسيط الذي رأى أولاده و أهله يموتون بردا و جوعا في قرى و مداشر بعيدة أن يختار من كانوا سببا في هذا؟

السؤال الذي أريد طرحه من خلال هذا الموضوع :

* ما هي الحجج و البراهين التي سيستخدمها النظام السياسي الجزائري من أجل حث المواطنين على التصويت و الإدلاء بأرائهم السياسي في ظل المعاناة التي يعيشها قبيل الإنتخابات؟

* و ما هي البرامج التي ستطرحها الأحزاب السياسية الجزائرية لمص غضب الشعب و منع تمرده على حقه الإنتخابي ؟
