اتهام روسيا والصين بتسليح السودان

قالت منظمة العفو الدولية اليوم الخميس، إن الصين وروسيا تواصلان نقل الأسلحة والذخيرة إلى السودان، وتؤججان بذلك الصراع العرقي في إقليم دارفور وتنتهكان حظر الأسلحة المفروض من جانب الأمم المتحدة على البلاد. وأضافت المنظمة التي تتخذ من العاصمة البريطانية لندن مقرا لها أن الأسلحة الصينية استخدمت في ديسمبرمن قبل القوات السودانية ضد معسكر زمزم الذي يضم نازحين من ذلك الصراع. وأشارت إلى أن شهود عيان ذكروا أن القوات نهبت ذلك المعسكر في عملية أسفرت عن مقتل رجل وإصابة ستة آخرين. وقال شهود عيان إن الذخائر تحمل شريط ترميز صناعة صينية ويبدو أنها أنتجت في عامي 2006 و2008، مما يدل على أنها نقلت إلى دارفور عقب دخول حظر الأسلحة الأممي حيز التنفيذ. وقالت منظمة العفو الدولية إن الجيش السوداني استخدم طائرات روسية الصنع خلال غارات جوية على دارفور في 2011، مضيفة أن السودان تلقى 36 مروحية جديدة من طراز (إم آي - 24) من روسيا خلال الفترة من 2007 حتى 2009. وقال بريان وود -وهو خبير عسكري وسياسي دولي تابع للمنظمة- إن "الصين وروسيا تبيعان أسلحة إلى حكومة السودان في ظل علم كامل بإمكانية أن ينتهي بها المطاف في أن تستخدم في ارتكاب انتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان في دارفور".
