هيئة الافتاء السعودية (تكفر) الصحافي السعودي المتهم بالاساءة للنبي محمد

اعتبرت اللجنة الدائمة للبحوث العلمية والافتاء السعودية الذي يرأسها مفتي المملكة عبدالعزيز ال الشيخ أن الصحافي والشاعر الشاب حمزة كاشغري المتهم بالاساءة للنبي محمد عبر تويتر "كافر" و"مرتد" يجب محاكمته.

ويأتي ذلك فيما تؤكد الصحف السعودية ان كاشغري فر إلى دولة آسيوية قد تكون ماليزيا، وان مذكرة توقيف صدرت بحقه وسط استمرار الجدل الكبير حول كتاباته التي اغضبت الرأي العام في المملكة.

واعتبرت اللجنة في بيان ان كاشغري "تطاول على الله تعالى وشكك في وجوده" كما "استهزأ" بالنبي محمد.

وشددت اللجنة على ان "علماء الاسلام في جميع الاعصار والامصار اجمعوا على كفر من استهزأ بالله ورسوله او كتابه او شيء من الدين، وان من استهزأ بشىء من ذلك وهو مسلم، فهو كافر مرتد عن الاسلام".

واضاف البيان ان "الواجب على ولاة الامر محاكمته شرعا كما ان الواجب على عموم المسلمين الحذر من مثل ذلك، سواء بالقول أو بالكتابة أو بالفعل، حذرا من غضب الله وعقابه والردة عن دينه وهو لا يشعر".

ونسب الى كاشغري عدد من الرسائل عبر تويتر تشبه الخواطر واعتبرت مسيئة جدا للنبي محمد. كما نسب بيان لجنة الافتاء الى كاشغري رسائل اخرى تناولت الذات الالهية.

ومن هذه الرسائل "نيتشه قال مرة ان قدرة الاله على البقاء ستكون محدودة لولا وجود الحمقى (...) ماذا سيقول لو رأى الهيئة" في اشارة الى هيئة الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر (المطاوعة) في السعودية.

وتثير قضية كاشغري عاصفة في الاعلام السعودي وخصوصا عبر موقعي تويتر وفيسبوك. حتى ان مجموعة انشئت على فيسبوك للمطالبة باعدامه باتت تضم اكثر من الف عضو.

لكن الداعية سلمان العودة دعا الى تقبل توبة كاشغري وعدم تضخيم الامور خصوصا انه اعلن توبته عما كتب.

ودعا كتاب آخرون الى القبول بتوبة كاشغري.

وكتب كاشغري الذي كان يعمل في صحيفة البلاد بمناسبة عيد المولد النبوي الذي لا تحتفل به المملكة "في يوم مولدك لن انحني لك، لن اقبل يديك، ساصافحك مصافحة الند للند، وابتسم لك كما تبتسم لي واتحدث معك كصديق فحسب".

وتابع كاشغري "في يوم مولدك اجدك في وجهي اينما اتجهت. ساقول انني احببت اشياء فيك، وكرهت اشياء اخرى ولم افهم الكثير من الاشياء الاخرى. ساقول انني احببت الثائر فيك، لطالما كان ملهما لي ولم احب هالات القداسة، لن اصلي عليك".

وفور نشر هذه الرسائل، قوبلت بردود فعل غاضبة وساخطة من جميع المشاركين في تويتر الذين طالبوا بمحاكمة الكاتب وتطبيق الحد الشرعي عليه.

وسرعان ما قدم كشغري اعتذارا قائلا "يزعمون انني تطاولت عليك وانا الذي استحضرك دائما كقدوة (...) والله لم اكتب ما كتبت الا بدافع الحب للنبي الاكرم لكنني اخطأت واتمنى ان يغفر الله خطئي، وان يسامحني كل من شعر بالاساءة".

وقال وزير الثقافة والاعلام عبد العزيز خوجه على موقعه في تويتر "وجهت بمنعه من الكتابة في اي صحيفة او مجلة سعودية مع اتخاذ الاجراء القانوني حيال ذلك. بكيت وغضبت من ان يتطاول احد (...) على مقام النبوة بكلام لا يليق بمسلم يخاطب سيد الخلق اجمعين".
