فتوى لعالم أزهري: الراقصة شهيدة إذا قتلت

نشرت الصفحة الرسمية للهيئة الشرعية للحقوق والإصلاح على الفيسبوك فيديو منسوبا للدكتور سعد الدين هلالي الأستاذ بجامعة الأزهر في لقائه مع الداعية المصري الشيخ خالد الجندي، وعلقت على الفيديو بأن هلالي يقول: إن الراقصة شهيدة لأنها خرجت في طلب رزقها.

لكن هلالي قال إن الراقصة شهيدة إذا نزلت للتظاهر ضد الفساد أو الظلم، أو كانت ذاهبة إلى عمل خير ثم غرقت أو حرقت أو انهدم عليها جدار، أو طعنت بآلة حادة أو قتلت بطلق ناري.

وقال: هذا ليس من اجتهادي بل من كلام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عندما ذهب لزيارة عبادة بن الصامت في مرضه فسأل صحابته عن مفهوم الشهيد، فقالوا: من قاتل حتى استشهد، فقال النبي: إذن شهداء أمتي قليل، ورد عليهم بأن المطعون شهيد والمبطون شهيد والغريق شهيد وقتيل الهدم شهيد.

وأضاف: أما إذا كانت الراقصة ذاهبة لأداء عملها بالرقص ثم لقيت حتفها، فإنها لا تندرج تحت مسمى الشهداء، باعتبار أن الرقص حرام شرعا، وإن كانت معصية الرقص من وجهة نظر هلالي أقل من معصية الغيبة وقول الزور وشهادة الزور.

لست أدري أيّ طريقة تتعامل بها وسائل الإعلام مع مفاهيم الشريعة وكيف تعمل على خلط المفاهيم وإفراغ القيم من دلالاتها فهل تعرض مفاهيم الشهادة والبذل والتضحية وقيم الرحمة والمغفرة والحلم بمثل هذه الطريقة السمجة التي تمجّها الفطر السليمة ؟!!
أخشى أن يكون هذا نوعا من أنواع الإستهزاء بالدين ..
أمّا الرقص وإشاعة الفواحش ونشرها فحكمها واضح في الشريعة لا لبس فيه
أمّا الشهادة فقد بيّن النبيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أوصافها وفضلها ومن تنطبق عليه
وأمّا الرحمة فقد تنال العبد وإن كان من أبعد الناس عن التدين وهذا من فضل الله لا معقّب لحكمه (لا يسأل عمّا يفعل وهم يسألون) وقد دخلت بغي من بني إسرائل الجنة في كلب سقته شربة ماء فهل غيّر هذا من حقائق الشريعة شيئا وهل صار بغيها فضيلة بهذا ؟!!
ترى بأيّ قلب يفهم هؤلاء وبأيّ عقل يدركون .. إنّ هذه الآثار ومثيلاتها إنّما جاءت لتعالج الإنحراف بطريقة أخرى لم يفقهها كثير من المتصدرين في الصحافة والإعلام والحاملين على أهل الإسلام ولعلّي لست أفضل من يتكلّم في هذا ولكن معرفتي البسيطة جعلتني أفهم أنّ من أعظم أسباب الإنحراف فقد الثقة في رحمة الله واليأس من مغفرته بتسويغ الشيطان فهو لم يكتف بأزّ الإنسان على المعصية فزاد بأن جعله يكفر برحمة الله وييأس من روحه فجاءت الآيات والأحاديث والآثار لترسّخ معنى رحمة الله ومغفرته وانّه عزّ وجل قريب مجيب يعفوا عن الزلات ويقبل القربات جاء في صحيح مسلم من رواية ابي ذر رضي الله عنه : عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : ( يقول الله : من عمل حسنة فله عشر أمثالها أو أزيد ومن عمل سيئة فله جزاؤها أو أغفر )

وجاء في جامع العلوم والحكم للعلامة ابن رجب الحنبلي رحمه الله : عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول : ( قال الله تعالى : يا ابن آدم إنّك ما دعوتني ورجوتني غفرت لك على ما كان منك ولا أبالي يا ابن آدم لو بلغت ذنوبك عنان السماء ثمّ استغفرتني غفرت لك ذلك يا ابن آدم إنّك لو أتيتني بقراب الارض خطايا ثمّ لقيتني لا تشرك بي شيئا لأتيتك بقرابها مغفرة) رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن

قال أحدهم :

يا ربّ إن عظمت ذنوبي كثرة ... فلقد علمت بانّ عفوك أعظم
إن كان لا يرجوك إلاّ محسن .. فمن الذي يدعو ويرجو المجرم
ما لي إليك وسيلة إلاّ الرجا ... وجميل عفوك ثمّ إنّي مسلم


فاللهم اغفر لنا وارحمنا اللهم استرنا ولا تفضحنا لا إله إلاّ أنت إنّا كنّا من الظالمين
