تعيش الجزائر حالة جوية ثالجة لم تشهدها البلاد في تاريخها القريب ..حالة ظهرت معها سلبيات و نقائص لا تعد ولا تحصى ...قد أطلقنا مداد قلمنا من قبل إنتقادا للنقص الفادح في وسائل مواجهة الاحوال الجوية الإستثناية بما خلفته من غلق للطرقات و نقص في المؤونة ...و لكن النقص أفدح يا جماعة الخير ...فلسنا بخير شلت او عزلت الكثير من القرى و المدن بمجرد هبوب عاصفة ثلجية لا تضاهي قوتها ربع ما يضرب دول شرق أروبا ....لسنا بخير فقد تبين لنا بما لا يده مجال للشك ان الكثير من المسؤولين لا يستحقون المناصب التي يتبوؤنها ..فلا دواء ولا غاز ولا مواد أولية في الكثير من قرى جبال الجزائر الشامخة التي ضربت أروع الامثلة يوما ما في مجابهة الإستعمار ...لسنا بخير لأننا تجردنا من القيم و الأخلاق و أصبحت المضاربة في السلع و الخدمات وسيلة التعامل ...لسنا بخير لأن الجزائري إستثمر في غلابة امر أخيه الجزائري فباعه قاروة غاز بأضعاف أضعاف سعرها ..لسنا بخير لأن الجزائري و حتى في المدن هجم هجمة شرسة على مختلف المواد الاولية مما سبب نقصا فادحا حرم معه مواطنا اخر منها يعيش في اماكن معزولة...لسنا بخير لأننا أصبحنا نعجز عن مجابهة حالة طارئة كالثلوج فما مصيرنا لو كانت الحالة أشد وطئا كحصار إقتصادي أو ما شابه لا قدر الله..إن الدولة التي تفكر في العواقب قبل أن تهطل عليها تكون قد أسست لثقافة التوقع و الوقاية بما يتيح لها المرور على الازمات مرور الكرام و بأقل الخسائر ....إن الشعب الذي يتعامل بالقيم و المبادئ و الاخلاق يكون قد أسس لبنة أخرى لضرب أجمل أنواع مقاومة و مجابهة ما يستجد من ظروف غير حميدة ...لسنا بخير إن لم نعلن الثورة على سلبياتنا و كم هي كثيرة ...و سنكون بألف خير و في امان لو كنا يدا واحدة و جسدا واحدا و تحلينا بقيم ديننا الحنيف في الترابط و التواصل و نيل البر و الإنفاق مما نحب و عدم المضاربة و تطليق الكسل و الإتكال
و بذلك نبني حقا الدولة التي لا تزول بزوال الرجال

مما سمعناه من روايات أجدادنا أنهم كانوا في الأزمات يجمعون المؤونة و يتقاسمونها.
أما اليوم ففكرة نفسي ثم نفسي غلبت على الطبع الجزائري من أعلى سياسي إلى أبسط مواطن.
من الذي يبيع قارورة الغاز ب400 دينار أليس جارك أو صديقك ؟
من الذي يقوم بشراء مخزون شهر من المواد؟
من الذي يحتكر الوقود ليبيعه بضعف ثمنه؟
عندما نصل لمرحلة الشعور بالإنتماء لأمة كبيرة-وهذا ما ينقصنا- نجد من يحكمنا و يشعر بنفس هذا الشعور .
عندها ننتظر منه الإصلاح و الصلاح.

أصلا متى كنا بخير ؟ فنحن في كل مرة نكتشف شيئا جديدا في جزائرنا
و أصحاب الكراسي يحرصون على زيادة عددهم !!!
بينما الشعب تزداد معاناته
ندعو الله أن يصلح أحوالنا عاجلا غير آجلا

لو كانت تدري تلك الجبال بــِـــــقراها و من كان يسكنها انها ستُذل بساكنيها و هي التي كانت معقل الثوار ومنها انطلقت شرارة الثورة لما أوَت يوما المجاهدين اليها و لما كانت الحصن المنيع ضد استعمار جاء من يخلفه لكن من ابناء الجلدة هذه المرة

هي التي لم تركع يوما للقنابل و المدافع

ركعت اليوم ليس بسبب الثلوج

و لكن لتخاذل السلطات التي فضلت التكلم عن الانتخابات

لا عن الظروف المزرية التي يعيش فيها قاطنوا المناطق المنكوبة و لا عن الضحايا ولا حتى كلمة (الله يرحمهم)

بصراحة اخي المشرف العام لم اعد اصدق ان هناك فرد صالح , الكل تنتظر الفرصة المناسبة لتنقض على الفريسة . والظاهر ان المقولة القديمة التي تقول ( دع المسؤول القديم يعمل فقد سرق وشبع وهو افضل من جديد لم يسرق بعد ) قد اصبحت اكثر واقعية ومصداقية بوقتنا الحالي .

لا تظلمو الجزائر من فضلكم...

مقال اليوم للاخ جمال لعلامي تحمل نفس الفكرة

أن يرتفع سعر قارورة الغاز إلى أكثر من ألف دينار عبر الربوات المنسية، ويخرج صيّادو الفرص ومصاصو الدماء من تحت التراب، فيستغلون العاصفة الثلجية والاضطرابات الجوية، من أجل فبركة أزمة مواد غذائية، فهذا لا يؤكد سوى بداية انقراض القيم والأخلاق والتضامن والتكافل،* ‬الصفات* ‬التي* ‬كان* ‬الجزائريون* ‬يتنفسونها،* ‬دون* ‬انتظار* ‬*"‬أوكسجين*"‬* ‬الحكومات* ‬أو* ‬صدقات* ‬المحسنين*!‬

من العيب أن "يأكل" البعض لحم إخوانهم اللاجئين والعالقين والمحاصرين والمنكوبين، فهل من الجزائرية أن يرفع هؤلاء وأولئك أسعار الغاز إلى سقف لا يبرّره الطيع والجشع، وقديما قالوا: "ألـّي ما قنع ما شبع"؟

من العار أن يمصّ البعض دماء إخوانهم، برفع أسعار الخضر والمواد الغذائية الأساسية، في ظروف استثنائية، من المفروض أنها فرصة لإحياء القلوب الميتة وتوبة الخارجين عن الطريق المستقيم، وفرصة أيضا لمسح الذنوب والخطايا؟

لا يجب الدفاع عن الحكومة أو الوزراء أو الأميار والولاة، لكن هذا لا يمنع من القول بكلّ جرأة وبراءة، أن الحكومة لم تأمر المحتكرين والبزناسية وأولئك الذين ماتت قلوبهم برفع الأسعار والمضاربة فيها وإخفاء السلع الضرورية!

ليست الحكومة، هي التي قتلت الرحمة في قلوب المواطنين، وليس الوزراء هم الذين حرّضوا الغلابى على الزوالية، وليس الولاة هم الذين نزلوا إلى الأسواق الشعبية فألهبوا أسعار البطاطا والجزر، وليس الأميار هم الذين منعوا المواطنين من التضامن فيما بينهم!

يا جماعة الخير.. المشكلة أخلاقية قبل أن تكون حكومية ووزارية، فحتى إن كان من الضروري تحميل الحكومة كافة المسؤوليات، فإن التكافل الاجتماعي والتضامن بين الأفراد والجماعات، لا يُباع ولا يُشترى، إنه يولد في الإنسان، أو يُغرس فيه، ثم يُنقل من هذا إلى ذاك.

لا يُمكن لا لمجلس الوزراء ولا اجتماعات الحكومة، أن تحث الناس على فعل الخير والرأفة بالناس، لكن أين هي يا عباد الله، المساجد والمدارس؟، أين هي العائلة والمجتمع؟، أين هي تلك العادات والتقاليد التي خرجت منهما "التويزة" والتطوّع واقتسام الخبزة الواحدة بين الدشرة* ‬الواحدة؟

نعم، على مصالح الرقابة وقمع الغش، وكل المصالح المعنية بحماية المواطنين وتأمينهم من الطماعين ومستعملي شعار: مصائب قوم عند قوم فوائد، أن تتحرّك وتخرج سيف الحجاج وتضرب بيد من نار وتطبق القانون على المصليّ وترك الصلاة، وعلى السردين والقرش، لكن هذا لا يعني في ما* ‬يعنيه،* ‬أن* ‬هذه* ‬الهيئات* ‬هي* ‬التي* ‬تنتج* ‬الخير* ‬وتوزعه* ‬بين* ‬فئات* ‬المجتمع*!‬

علينا جميعا، أن نعترف، كلّ في موقعه وحسب رتبته ومركزه ومنصبه ووظيفته وصلاحياته، أننا ابتعدنا للأسف عن فعل الخير والإحساس بالآخرين، وابتعدنا عن قيم الإيثار والأثرة، والحمد لله، أن هناك خيّرين مازالوا يقاومون حتى لا ينقرضوا، فيقرأ الناس الفاتحة على روح المودّة* ‬والألفة* ‬والتكاتف،* ‬قبل* ‬أن* ‬يشيّعوا* ‬جنازة* ‬الخير* ‬في* ‬مقبرة* ‬الشرّ* ‬والعياذ* ‬بالله*!‬

من الطبيعي أن يهدّد البرد والثلج والأمطار والرياح، فقراء ومعوزين ومنسيين في القرى والمداشر، طالما أن "اللهيف" والخداع والنصب والبزنسة والاصطياد في المياه العكرة واستثمار مآسي الناس، تحوّلت إلى واجهة يزوقها الكذب، فعودوا إلى جزائريتكم يا أيها المخطئون والخطاءون*! ‬

لسنا بخير ...لأنه لا أحد يتمثل الخير أو يدل عليه ...فالجميع يبحث عن الخير في غيره ويقيم مأتما لغويا عند ضياعه ..
الجميع ينسى عن البحث عن الخير في نفسه ليوقظه ، ليواجه به شرورا تحيط به ...
