يحاول الكثير منّا استخدام الطّماطم في عمل بعض الماسكات للخدود لكي تبدو ورديّة أكثر , ولكن لا يعلم معظمنا ما أهميّة و فائدة الطّماطم بالنّسبة للبشرة.

الطّماطم غنيّة بوجود مضادّات الأكسدة و بالتّالي فهي مواجهة لظهور آثار الشيخوخة على الجلد، عن طريق الإستغناء عن عدد من الجذور الحرّة في الجسم, لذلك يفضّل تناول الطّماطم يوميّّا.

و بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فالطّماطم تساعد على الحفاظ على مستويات الرّطوبة في الجسم, في فصل الصّيف أو الشّتاء، عندما يتعرّض الجلد لدينا إلى التّدفئة أو التّبريد، و قلّة مستويات الرطّوبة في الجسم.

لذلك نحن بحاجة لتجديد إمدادات المياه باستمرار، و يبدأ الجسم في امتصاص الرّطوبة من الجلد و الشّعر, بالإضافة إلى تناول الطماطم يوميّا، فمن المنطقيّ أن نشرب ما لا يقلّ عن 10 إلى 12 أكواب من الماء يوميّا.

إذا كانت بشرتك دهنيّة، يمكنك وضع طماطم على وجهك, و هي تساعد أيضا على التخلّص من حبّ الشّباب و البثور, يمكنك وضع معجون الطّماطم مخفّف على وجهك و اتركيه لمدّة 15 دقيقة, ثمّّ تقومين بغسله بالمياه الدافئة.

الطّماطم تساعد أيضا في التخفيف من لون البشرة، و خاصّة إذا خُلط مع عصير الخيار, و يُعتبر هذا قناع مناسب للبشرة الدّهنيّة .

و يمكنك وضع شريحة الخيار على كلّ جفن، و تغطّي ما تبقّى من وجهك بالقناع، مع الحرص على تجنّب المنطقة الدقيقة تحت العين .

إذا كانت بشرتك جافّة، يمكنك إضافة بعض اللّبن الرّائب ا لمعجون الطّماطم و بعد ذلك توضع على الجلد. أقنعة الطّماطم ممتازة بخصائص مضادّة للشيخوخة، و بالتّالي ممكن وضعها بمجرّد تجاوز سنّ 25 عاما.

و تؤدّي الطّماطم لاحمرار الخدود قليلا لكي تبدو صحيّة و جذّابة جدا, تناول الطّماطم بانتظام يعطي لك بشرة ورديّة متوهّجة.

بإمكانك استخدام الطّماطم أيضا للتّخلّص من رائحة الشّعر الكريهة, عن طريق وضع معجون الطّماطم المخفّف على فروة رأسك, لمدة 15 دقيقة ثم اغسليه.

انا شخصيا لم اجربها..
لكن اختي الكبرى اذكر انها كانت دوما بعد الاستحمام تفرك و جهها بقطعة طماطم و كانت مواظبة جدا على ذلك..
و صدقوني بشرتها ملساء و لماعة رغم انها خمرية...
